Evaluating the Effectiveness of In-service Training Courses based on CIPP Model in Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences

اين پژوهش با هدف ارزشيابي اثربخشي دوره هاي آموزش ضمن خدمت در دانشگاه علوم پزشكي كرمانشاه در سال 96-95 با استفاده از الگوي سيپ CIPP انجام گرفته است. پژوهش از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر نحوه گردآوري داده ها توصيفي پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش، همه كارشناسان شامل 120 نفر كه در دوره هاي آموزشي ضمن خدمت شركت كرده اند. حجم نمونه به صورت تصادفي ساده به تعداد 92 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوري داده ها پرسشنامه استاندارد الگوي ارزشيابي سيپ استافيل بيم بود. روايي محتوايي پرسشنامه با نظر استادان و متخصصان مديريت آموزشي تاييد شد. پايايي ابزار نيز با روش ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ محاسبه و اين ضريب0/93 برآورد شد. تجزيه و تحليل داده ها با آزمون T-Test ، كولموگروف اسميرنوف و فريدمن انجام گرفت. نتايج نشان داد كه بعد زمينه و فرايند با وضعيت مطلوب، تفاوت معني داري داشته و از اثربخشي لازم برخوردار نبوده است. اما ميانگين بعد درون داد و برون داد با وضعيت مطلوب، تفاوت معني داري نداشته و از اثربخشي لازم برخوردار است. در آزمون رتبه بندي ابعاد، بعد برون داد در درجه اول اهميت براي فراگيران قرار داشت.

This study aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of in-service training courses in Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences in the academic year 2016-2017 using the CIPP Model. This applied research was categorized as a descriptive survey in terms of data collection procedure. The statistical population of the study included all the experts (N=120) who participated in in-service training courses. The sample size was determined as 92 individuals using simple random sampling method. The data collection tool was limited to Stufflebeam's CIPP Evaluation Model. The content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by collecting the viewpoints of professors and experts in the field of educational management and its reliability was estimated as 0.93 using the Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient method. The data were analyzed through T-test، Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Friedman tests. The results revealed that there was a significant difference between the dimensions of “context” and “process” and “desirable status” and it did not have the sufficient effectiveness. However، the mean of dimensions of “input” and “output” and the “desired status” was not significant and، thus، it was characterized with appropriate effectiveness. Regarding the test on ranking the dimensions، it was found that the “output” was of utmost importance from the viewpoint of learners.
