چكيده فارسي :
ﺧﺮد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮏ ﺣﯿﻄﻪ ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﯽ در ﺣﺎل ﻇﻬﻮر ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺧﺮد ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﭼﺸﻤﮕﯿﺮي ﺑﺮ ﻣﻮﻓﻘﯿﺖ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻓﺮدي، ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ دارد و ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ داﻧﺶ را ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻣﯽﺑﺨﺸﺪ؛ ﻫﻢﭼﻨﯿﻦ ﺧﺮد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان اﺑﺰاري ﮐﺎرا ﺑﺮاي ﭘﺎﺳﺨﮕﻮﯾﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﻧﺎﻣﻄﻤﺌﻦ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺧﺮد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮاي ارزش آﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن اﻫﻤﯿﺖ دارد و ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻄﻮح ﺑﺎﻻي ﺧﺮد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﮔﺰارش ﺷﺪه ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﻬﺘﺮي دﺳﺖ ﭘﯿﺪا ﮐﻨﻨﺪ. ﺧﺮد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺟﻤﻊآوري، انتقال و يكپارچه سازي خرد فردي و هم چنين استفاده از فرآيندهاي نهادي و اجتماعي (از قبيل ساختار،فرهنگ و امور روزمره) ﺑﺮاي ذﺧﯿﺮه ﺳﺎزي اﺳﺖ. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ادﺑﯿﺎت اﯾﻦ ﺣﻮزه و ﺑﺎ روش ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪاي ﺑﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻣﺪلﻫﺎي اراﯾﻪ ﺷﺪه در زمينه ﺧﺮد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﯽﭘﺮدازد. ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮرﮐﻠﯽ درك ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﺧﺮد و ﻣﻔﺎﻫﯿﻢ ﻣﺮﺑﻮﻃﻪ ﻣﺎﻧﻨﺪ ﺧﺮد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ، ﺧﺮد ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺘﯽ و ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺧﺮد ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ارزﺷﻤﻨﺪي را اﯾﺠﺎد ﮐﻨﺪ و ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﺗﺌﻮري و ﻋﻤﻞ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ داﻧﺶ ﺷﻮد. ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ در دﺳﺘﯿﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﻪ اي از ﻣﺰاﯾﺎي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﮐﻪ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ از ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد و ﻣﻮﻓﻘﯿﺖ ﭘﺸﺘﯿﺒﺎﻧﯽ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ ﻧﻘﺶ داﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Organizational wisdom is increasingly emerging as a research field. It has a considerable effect on success in
individual, organizational, and social levels. It also improves the results of knowledge management activities. In
addition, it can act as an efficient tool for responding to uncertain environments. Organizational wisdom is
important in terms of creating value in organizations. Therefore, organizations with reported high levels of
organizational wisdom can achieve better results. Organizational wisdom includes the collection, transference,
and integration of individual wisdom as well as using institutional and social processes (such as structure,
culture, and daily affairs) for storing. This research examines models presented connected to organizational
wisdom, by studying related literature and using a library method. Generally, better understanding of wisdom
and related concepts such as organizational wisdom, managerial wisdom, and wisdom management can provide
a proper ground which leads to improvements in theories and knowledge management performance. In addition,
they can help to achieve a set of organizational advantages that can support performance and success.
