ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ارﺗﺒﺎط ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺎ ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺖ ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ داﻧﺶآﻣﻮزان ﺑﻮد. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺮﻣﺒﻨﺎي ﻫﺪف از ﻧﻮع ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي، از ﺣﯿﺚ روش ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آوردن دادهﻫﺎ از ﻧﻮع ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ - ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ و از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻧﻮع دادهﻫﺎي ﺟﻤﻊآوري ﺷﺪه از ﻧﻮع ﮐﻤﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﻣﺪارس ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ دو ﺷﻬﺮ ﺗﻬﺮان ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 213 ﻧﻔﺮ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ از ﻣﯿﺎن آﻧﻬﺎ ﺗﻌﺪاد 137 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪه و ﺑﺎ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﻃﺒﻘﻪاي ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎ ﻣﯿﺎن آﻧﻬﺎ ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ ﮔﺸﺖ. ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻣﺪل ﺳﺎزي ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري و ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار Smart PLS ﺻﻮرت ﭘﺬﯾﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از ارﺗﺒﺎط ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺎ ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺖ ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ارﺗﺒﺎط ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﺑﯿﻦ اﺑﻌﺎد ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ از ﻗﺒﯿﻞ درﮔﯿﺮ ﺷﺪن در ﮐﺎر، ﺳﺎزﮔﺎري، ﻣﺎﻣﻮرﯾﺖ و ﭘﺎﯾﺪاري ﺑﺎ ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺖ ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ داﻧﺶ آﻣﻮزان وﺟﻮد دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
The present study was aimed to examine the relationship between organizational culture and students' educational progress. Research method was practical in terms of objective; and in terms of data collection method, it was correlational-descriptive. In terms of the type of collected data, it was quantitative. The statistical population consisted of all managers of Tehran's second region's schools (213 individuals), from whom 137 individuals were selected as sample size, using Cochran formula; and questionnaires were distributed to them, using a stratified random sampling method. Data analysis was done using structural equations modeling method and Smart PLS software. Results showed that there is a positive, significant relationship between organizational culture and educational progress. In addition, it was concluded that there is a positive, significant relationship between the dimensions of organizational culture such as engagement in work, adaptability, mission, and sustainability with educational progress.
