چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف از ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻫﻮش اﺧﻼﻗﯽ و ﻧﻮآوري ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن رﺳﻤﯽ ﺑﯿﻤﺎرﺳﺘﺎن ﺑﻮﻋﻠﯽ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺗﻬﺮان ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﻪ ﻟﺤﺎظ ﻫﺪف ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و از ﻟﺤﺎظ ﺷﯿﻮه اﻧﺠﺎم ﮐﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ از ﻧﻮع ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن رﺳﻤﯽ ﺑﯿﻤﺎرﺳﺘﺎن ﺑﻮﻋﻠﯽ در ﺳﺎل 1394 ﮐﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد آﻧﻬﺎ 380 ﻧﻔﺮاﺳﺖ. ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ 181 ﻧﻔﺮ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ، ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺟﺪول ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن و روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﻃﺒﻘﻪ اي ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. اﺑﺰار ﮔﺮد آوري داده ﻫﺎ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﻫﻮش اﺧﻼﻗﯽ ﻟﻨﯿﮏ و ﮐﯿل 2005 داراي 40 ﮔﻮﯾﻪ و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ 22 ﮔﻮﯾﻪ اي ﻧﻮآوري ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. رواﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاﯾﯽ و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ آن ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﺑﺎ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ 802 /0 ﺑﺮاي ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻧﻮآوري ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و ﺿﺮﯾﺐ 0/821 ﺑﺮاي ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﻮش اﺧﻼﻗﯽ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. داده ﻫﺎ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار SPSS ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﯿﻦ دﻟﺴﻮزي و ﻧﻮآوري ﻓﺮاﯾﻨﺪي ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ 0/377 و ﺑﯿﻦ درﺳﺘﮑﺎري و ﻧﻮآوري اداري ﮐﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ 0/015 وﺟﻮد داﺷﺖ. ﺑﯿﻦ درﺳﺘﮑﺎري و ﻧﻮآوري اداري، ﺑﯿﻦ دﻟﺴﻮزي و ﻧﻮآوري ﻓﻨﯽ، ﺑﯿﻦ دﻟﺴﻮزي ﻮاوري اداري، ﺑﯿﻦ ﺑﺨﺸﺶ و ﻧﻮآوري اداري راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداروﺟﻮد ﻧﺪاﺷﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between moral intelligence and organizational innovation of official employees of Bu Ali Hospital in Tehran. The research method is applied objectivly, and in terms of method is descriptive and correlational. The study population included 380 official employees of Bu-Ali Hospital in 2015. The sample size is 181 people, using Morgan table and stratified random sampling method is calculated. To gather the data, moral intelligence questionnaire of Lynk and Kiel (2005) is used with 40 items and 22- item questionnaire of organizational innovation. Content validity and its reliability using Cronbach's alpha with reliability coefficient (0.802) for questionnaire of organizational innovation and coefficient (0.821) for moral intelligence questionnaire have been approved. Data was analyzed by SPSS software. Also there was the highest correlation coefficient (0.377) between compassion and process innovation and the lowest correlation coefficient (0.015) between honesty and administrative innovation. There was'nt significant relationship between honesty and administrative innovation, between compassion and technological innovation, between compassion and administrative innovation, between forgiveness and administrative innovation.
