چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف از ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ راﺑﻄﻪي اﺧﻼق ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و ﺗﻌﻬﺪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ازاد ﺷﻬﺮﮐﺮد ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﺟﺪول ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن ﺑﺎ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﺳﺎده 105 ﻧﻔﺮﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. اﺑﺰار ﺟﻤﻊ آوري دادهﻫﺎ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ اﺧﻼق ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ وﯾﮑﺘﻮر و ﮐﺎﻟﻦ و ﺗﻌﻬﺪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ اﺳﺘﯿﺮز و ﭘﻮرﺗﺮ ﻣﯿﺒﺎﺷﺪ. ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت از آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ اﻧﺤﺮاف اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد و ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ و آﻣﺎر اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ و رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ اﺧﻼق ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و ﺗﻌﻬﺪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري وﺟﻮد دارد. ﺑﯿﻦ اﺑﻌﺎد ﺗﻌﻬﺪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري وﺟﻮد دارد. اﺑﻌﺎد اﺧﻼق ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ اﺑﻌﺎد ﺗﻌﻬﺪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﻗﺎدر ﺑﻪ ﭘﯿﺶ ﺑﯿﻨﯽ اﺧﻼق سازماني مي باشند.
چكيده لاتين :
This study aims to explore and account for the relationship between organizational ethics and organizational
commitment of employees. The correlation research method has been used in this study. The study population
consists of all of the employees of the Islamic Azad University of Shahrekord. The sample size was determined
as 105 employees using the simple sampling method based on Morgan Table. The data collection tools used in
this study include Victor and Cullen's Ethical Climate Questionnaire and Steers and Porter's Organizational
Commitment Questionnaire. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used for data analysis. Descriptive
statistics includes standard deviations and mean, and inferential statistics includes correlation coefficient and
regression. Analysis of the data showed that there is a significant relationship between organizational ethics and
organizational commitment, and there is a significant relationship between the dimensions of organizational
commitment. The dimensions of organizational ethics as well as the organizational commitment dimensions can
significantly predict organizational ethics.
