بررسي ارتباط دروس كاربيني و كارآموزي با اشتغال و كارآفريني؛ (مورد مطالعه دانش آموختگان دانشگاه جامع علمي كاربردي مركز بندرلنگه)

Investigating the Relation between Internship and Apprenticeship Courses with Employment and Entrepreneurship (Case Study: Graduated Students of Applied Scientific University of Bandar Lengeh Branch

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي ارتباط بين دروس كاربيني و كارآموزي با اشتغال و كارآفريني دانش آموختگان دانشگاه علمي كاربردي انجام گرفته است . جامعه آماري اين پژوهش شامل كليه دانش آموختگان سال 1393 تا 1394 دانشگاه جامع علمي كاربردي مركز بندرلنگه ميباشد. حجم نمونه طبق جدول مورگان و با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه اي تعداد 260 نفر ميباشد. ابزار مورد استفاده در اين پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه هاي محقق ساخته كاربيني، كارآموزي، اشتغال و كارآفريني و ساز و كارهاي اجرائي بهبود عوامل موثر مي باشد. به منظور احراز روايي پرسشنامه ها از روايي محتوايي استفاده شد، همچنين پايايي پرسشنامه ها با استفاده از روش آلفاي كرونباخ به ترتيب 0/89، 0/84، 0/88، 0/91 و 0/89 بدست آمد. روش تحقيق اين پژوهش توصيفي پيمايشي و ازنوع همبستگي است . به منظور تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از دو روش آمار توصيفي و آمار استنباطي كه عبارتند از ميانگين ، انحراف استاندارد، همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد كه بين كاربيني و كارآموزي با اشتغال و كارآفريني دانش آموختگان رابطه وجود دارد؛ بنابراين با توجه به اهميت اين دروس در كارآفريني و اشتغال دانش آموختگان ، پيشنهاد مي شود دانشجويان در مورد اهداف برنامه و دوره قبل از شروع دوره كاربيني و كارآموزي به گونه اي مناسب توجيه شوند كه بتوانند حداكثر بهره را در اين دوره ببرند.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between internship and apprenticeships courses with employment and entrepreneurship of graduate students in applied academic universities. The statistical population of this study consisted of all graduate’s students of the University of Applied Sciences at Bandar lengeh Branch from 2014-2015. The sample size is 260 people according to the Morgan table and using stratified random sampling method. The tools used in this research include internship, apprenticeships, employment and entrepreneurship researcher-made questionnaire, apprenticeship and executive mechanisms for improving effective factors. Content validity was used to determine the validity of the questionnaires. Also, reliability of the questionnaires was 0.89, 0.84, 0.88, 0.91 and 0.89, respectively, using Cronbach's alpha method. The method of this research is descriptive survey and correlation analysis. For data analysis, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics such as mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation and regression were used to analyze the data. The results showed that there is a relationship between internship and apprenticeships with graduates' employment and entrepreneurship. Therefore, given the importance of these lessons in graduate entrepreneurship and employment, students are recommended to be well-informed about the objectives of the program and the period prior to the start of the internship and apprenticeships course in order to maximize the efficiency in this period.
