چكيده فارسي :
ﻣﺴﺄﻟﻪ ﺟﻬﺎﻧﯽ ﺷﺪن، اﻧﻔﺠﺎر داﻧﺶ و رﺷﺪ روز اﻓﺰون ﻓﻨﺎوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت، از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ ﻣﻬﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﭼﺎﻟﺶ ﻫﺎي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش اﺳﺖ. آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش ﮐﻨﻮﻧﯽ ﺑﺮاي اﯾﻨﮑﻪ از داﻧﺶ و ﺗﮑﻨﻮﻟﻮژي ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ در ﺣﺎل رﺷﺪ اﺳﺖ ﻋﻘﺐ ﻧﻤﺎﻧﺪ ﻧﯿﺎزﻣﻨﺪ ﺗﺤﻮل ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ و اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻮل ﺑﺎ ﺗﮑﯿﻪ ﺑﺮ ﻧﻮآوري و ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺖ و اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن داﻧﺶ ﻣﺤﻮر و ﮐﺎرآﻣﺪ اﻣﮑﺎن ﭘﺬﯾﺮ اﺳﺖ. در ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ راﺑﻄ ﻣﯿﺎن ﺣﻀﻮر ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن داﻧﺶ ﻣﺤﻮر ﺑﺮ رﻓﻊ ﭼﺎﻟﺶ ﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش، ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪﺳﺎزي و ﺑﻬﺮه وري ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. ﺟﻤﻊ آوري داده ﻫﺎ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ و ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت ﻣﯿﺪاﻧﯽ ﺑﻮده و ﺳﭙﺲ ﻓﺮﺿﯿﺎت ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ از ر وش هاي آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و آزﻣﻮن ﻫﺎي ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 1300 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن اﺑﺘﺪاﯾﯽ ﻧﺎﺣﯿﻪ ﯾﮏ ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن زاﻫﺪان اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ آﻣﺎري 297 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﭼﻨﺪ ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ اي اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ در اﺻﻼح و ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﺗﺼﻤﯿﻤﺎت ﻣﺪﯾﺮان آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﮑﺎرﮔﯿﺮي و اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﯿﺮوﻫﺎي داﻧﺶ ﻣﺤﻮر ﺑﺮاي ﻫﻤﺮاﺳﺘﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺗﺤﻮﻻت روز ﮐﺎرﺑﺮد داﺷﺘﻪ و ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از آن اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻣﻬﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﭼﺎﻟﺶ ﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش ﻋﺪم اﻧﮕﯿﺰه ﺷﻐﻠﯽ و ﺑﺮوز ﻧﺒﻮدن داﻧﺶ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن داﻧﺶ ﻣﺤﻮر ﺑﺎ ﻧﻮآوري و ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ ﻣﻄﻠﻮب در ﮐﺎر و اﯾﺠﺎد ﺗﻌﻬﺪ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎر، ﻧﻪ ﺗﻨﻬﺎ اﯾﻦ ﭼﺎﻟﺶ را ﺑﺮ ﻃﺮف ﮐﺮده، ﺑﻠﮑﻪ ﺑﺎ اﯾﺠﺎد اﺣﺴﺎس ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽ و ﻣﻬﻢ ﺑﻮدن ﺑﺮاي ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن، آﻧﻬﺎ را ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪ ﻧﻤﻮده و ﺑﺎ ارﺗﻘﺎ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺷﻐﻠﯽ و اﯾﺠﺎد ﺳﺮﻋﺖ در اﻧﺠﺎم ﮐﺎر ﺑﻬﺮه وري آﻧﻬﺎ را اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ دادﻧﺪ. رواﺑﻂ ﻣﯿﺎن اﯾﻦ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎ ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار و ﻣﺜﺒﺖ ﺑﻮد.
چكيده لاتين :
The issue of globalization, the explosion of knowledge and the growing number of IT issues are among the most important challenges of the education organization. The current education is in need of evolution to keep up with rapidly growing knowledge and technology, and this development is possible by relying on innovation, participation and the use of knowledge-based and efficient teachers. In this article, the relationship between the presence of knowledge based teachers on the challenges of education, empowerment and teachers' productivity was investigated. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires and field studies and then the research hypotheses were determined. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and correlation coefficient tests. The statistical population of the study consists of 1300 primary elementary teachers in a district 1 of Zahedan city, a statistical sample of 297 individuals was selected through multistage random sampling. The results of this research have been used to improve the decisions of the education managers in order to apply and use knowledge-based forces to align with the up to day changes. It is indicated that the main challenges of education are lack of job motivation and the lack of knowledge of teachers. Knowledge-based teachers, not only meet this challenge, but also by creating a sense of competence and being importance for teachers, empower them and they increased their productivity by upgrading their job performance and speeding up their work. The relationship between these components was meaningful and positive.
