ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺮﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ از ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﯽ اﺳﺖ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﮐﻠﯽ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد دو ﺳﺎﻟﻪ ﻣﺪارس ﻫﯿﺎت اﻣﻨﺎﯾﯽ و ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﻣﺎده 14 آﺋﯿﻦ نامه ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺘﻬﺎي ﻣﺮدﻣﯽ آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ از ﻧﻮع ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ اﺳﺖ و ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري آن ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﻣﺪارس ﻫﯿﺎت اﻣﻨﺎﯾﯽ ﭘﺴﺮاﻧﻪ و دﺧﺘﺮاﻧﻪ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ 4 ﺷﻬﺮ ﺗﻬﺮان ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 156 ﻧﻔﺮ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻋﻨﺎﯾﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺣﺠﻢ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺟﺪول ﮐﺮﺟﺴﯽ و ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن 108 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ روش ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺳﺎده ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺟﻤﻊ آوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ رواﯾﯽ آن ﺗﻮﺳﻂ اﻓﺮاد ﺻﺎﺣﺐ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ آن ﭘﺲ از اﺟﺮاي آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ 30 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن و ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ 0/945 ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺠﺰيه ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت از ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎي آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ: ﺟﺪاول ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ ﻓﺮاواﻧﯽ، ﻓﺮاواﻧﯽ درﺻﺪي، ﻣﯿﺎﻧﻪ، ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ، ﻣﺪ، اﻧﺤﺮاف ﻣﻌﯿﺎر، وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ، ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﮐﺠﯽ و ﮐﺸﯿﺪﮔﯽ و آﻣﺎر اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ t ﺗﮏ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اي اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎي ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﯿﺎﻧﮕﺮ آن اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ از دﯾﺪﮔﺎه ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن در ﻣﺪارس ﻫﯿﺎت اﻣﻨﺎﯾﯽ ﺗﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﯿﺎﺳﺖ ﻣﺪرﺳﻪ ﻣﺤﻮري و اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺳﺒﮏ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺖ ﺟﻮﯾﺎﻧﻪ ﻣﻮﻓﻖ ﻧﺒﻮده اﺳﺖ، وﻟﯽ در اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺟﻠﺐ و ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺘﻬﺎي ﻣﺮدﻣﯽ و ﺧﯿﺮﯾﻦ در اﺣﺪاث و اداره ﻣﺪارس، ﮔﺴﺘﺮش ﻋﺪاﻟﺖ آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ، ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺖ اوﻟﯿﺎ، ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن و داﻧﺶ آﻣﻮزان در اﻣﻮر آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ و ﭘﺮورﺷﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان زﯾﺎدي ﻣﻮﻓﻖ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
The present paper was taken from a study aiming to examine the two-year performance of trustee-board schools
based on the fourteenth note in the law of public cooperation development in the education system. Research
method was correlational-descriptive. The statistical population consisted of all teachers of trustee-board schools
for male and female students in the fourth region of Tehran, including 156 individuals, from whom 108
individuals were selected as sample size, using a Morgan table and Krejcie table as well as a random sampling
method. In order to collect data, a made questionnaire was used, validity of which was approved by experts; and
its reliability was calculated to be 0.945, using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, after implementing trial
questionnaires for 30 teachers. To analyze data, descriptive and inferential statistics were used, including
frequency distribution tables, percentile frequency, mean, average, mode, standard deviation, variance, kurtosis
and skewness coefficient, and inferential statistics, including single-sample "t". Research findings show that
teachers believe that in trustee-board schools, realization of school-oriented policies and usage of a cooperative
management style has not been successful. However, schools have been highly successful in terms of increasing
and developing public cooperation, attracting school builders in order to build and manage schools, spreading
educational justice, parents' cooperation, teachers' cooperation, and students' cooperation in educational affairs.
