رابطه سرمايه روانشناختي با استرس شغلي كاركنان اداره آموزش و پرورش شهرستان پارسيان

The Relationship between Psychological Capital and Job Stress of Parsian Parks Corps of Education

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي رابطه سرمايه روانشناختي با استرس شغلي كاركنان اداره آموزش و پرورش شهرستان پارسيان بود. طرح اين پژوهش از نوع همبستگي و جامعه آماري كليه كاركنان اداره اموزش و پرورش شهرستان پارسيان به تعداد 966 نفر بود كه تعداد 200 نفر از افراد به عنوان نمونه آماري به روش تصادفي ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار استفاده شده دراين پژوهش پرسشنامه سرمايه روانشناختي و پرسشنامه استرس شغلي بود. داده هاي بدست آمده از اين پژوهش با آزمون ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و آزمون تحليل رگرسيون چندگانه مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت . نتايج نشان داد بين خودكارآمدي، تاب آوري و اميد با استرس شغلي رابطه منفي و معني دار وجود دارد و بين خوش بيني با استرس شغلي رابطه منفي و معناداري وجود ندارد.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between psychological capital and occupational stress in the staff of the Parsian Provincial Education and Nursing Office. The research was a correlation study and the statistical population of all the staff of the Parsian Parish Education and Training Administration was 966 people, of which 200 individuals A randomized sampling method was used. The tools used in this research were psychological capital inventory and occupational stress questionnaire. Data obtained from this research were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. Results showed that between self-efficacy, Sparkle and hope There is a significant negative relationship between job fear and optimism, there is a significant negative correlation with job stress.
