"جنسيت"به عنوان يك مقوله اجتماعي و هم ساخته و متاثر از فرهنگ حاكم برجامعه, با واژه"جنس " كه عموما براي بيان همان مقوله فقط از ديدگاه زيست شناختي بكار مي‌رود متفاوت است. با اين وجود كه زنان بيش از نيمي از جمعيت جامعه را تشكيل مي‌دهند اما اغلب در طراحي وساخت محيط و فضاهاي سبز شهري كمتر مورد توجه قرار مي‌گيرند و به ميزان كمتري در طراحي‌هاي شهري مورد مشورت واقع مي‌شوند. اين در حالي است كه مردان الگوهاي حركتي و طراحي شهري را عهده دار هستند. از طرف ديگر زندگي زنان از تركيب پيچيده از خانه داري, بچه داري و اشتغال و... برخوردار هستند و فضا موجود تا حدودي نا موفق بوده يا ناكارامد است كه زنان در محيط‌هاي طراحي شده, لذا زنان ضمن محدوديت‌ها.ء ناسا زگاري‌ها را تجربه مي‌كنند. اين مقاله در بررسي ارتباط موجود بين جنسيت و فضاء مشكلي تحت عنوان " جلسيتي شدن فضا " را با تمركز بر فضاي پارك به عنوان فضاي عمومي مطرح نموده» سپس به تبيين دلايل وقوع مشكل مذكور راهكارهاي اجتناب از آن مي‌پردازد .نتايج مشخص نمود پديده جنسيتي شدن فضاي عمومي دليلي بر افت كيفيت و مطلوبيت فضا همچنين نمايانگر ناكارآمدي آن و تبديل يك فضاي عام به يك فضاي خاص است .روش تحقيق بكار گرفته شده روش كيفي و در بخشي از پژوهش روش پيمايشي براي تشخيص مشكل از روش باليني منتصب به آكوف استفاده شده است.

Gender as a social category, as well as influenced by the dominant culture, varies by the term "gender", which is generally used to express the same category of biological content only, although women account for more than half of the population of society, But they are often neglected in the design and construction of the environment and urban green spaces, and they are less consulted on urban design, while men are responsible for urban patterns and design. On the other hand, women's lives have a complex combination of housekeeping, childcare and employment, and the available space is somewhat unsuccessful or inefficient, in which women are designed in environments, so women experience con fl icts along with limitations. In this article, in examining the relationship between gender and space, the problem of "Sexualization of space" with focusing on the space of the park as a public space, then discusses the reasons for the problem, it addresses the ways of avoiding it. The results indicate that the phenomenon of genderizing the public space is a reason for the decline in the quality and desirability of space, also indicating its inefficiency and transforming a common space into a particular space. The research methodology used is a qualitative method and in part of the research a survey method has been used to identify the problem from the clinical method assigned to the ACOF.
