بررسي نقش خطوط مترو در توسعه پايدار (مطالعه موردي: شهر تهران)

(Investigating the Role of Metro Lines in Sustainable Development (A Case Study of Tehran City

امروزه مسئله حمل و نقل يكي از عمده‌ترين مسائل كلان‌شهرها محسوب مي‌شود. بروز مشكل در اين سيستم مي‌تواند مشكلات عديده اي را به وجود آورد. يكي از مسائل اصلي كه در توسعه پايدار به آن پرداخته مي‌شود حمل و نقل عمومي مي باشد كه حمل و نقل ريلي (مترو) جز يكي از مهم‌ترين آن‌ها مي‌باشد. با توجه به اهميت موضوع هدف اين تحقيق بررسي اثر خطوط مترو بر توسعه پايدار كلانشهر تهران مي‌باشد. براي اين كار ابتدا به بررسي پيشينه تحقيق و تدوين مباني نظري پرداخته شد. سپس با توجه به پيشينه تحقيق براي جمع‌آوري داده‌ها از پرسشنامه استفاده گرديدكه سه بعد توسعه پايدار (اقتصادي, اجتماعي و زيست محيطي) انتخاب و شاخص‌هاي آن استخراج گرديد و سپس پرسشنامه طراحي و در بين 170 نفر توزيع و از طريق فرمول كوكران به دست آمد. اين افراد شامل مديران شهري و خطوط مترو بود توزيع گرديد. سپس داده‌ها در نرم افزار SPSS و با استفاده از آمار توصيفي (ميانگين, انحراف معيار) و استنباطي (نرماليته آزمون تي و آزمون فريدمن) مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. نتايج نشان داد با توجه به آزمون تي كه سطح معناداري كمتر از 0/05 بود در هرسه بعد گسترش خطوط مترو تاثيرگذار بود و تاثير معني‌داري داشت. با توجه به آزمون فريدمن نيز بر بعد زيست محيطي بيشترين را دارد سپس بعد اجتماعي و در آخر اقتصادي قرار دارد. با توجه به نتايج توجه بيشتر به خطوط مترو و بالابردن كيفيت خدمات از لحاظ مختلف و گسترش خطوط مختلف آن موجبات توسعه براي كلانشهر تهران را به وجود خواهد آورد.

Today the transportation issue is one of the major issues of metropolises. A defect in a system can cause some problems. One of the major issues in sustainable development is public transportation, including rail (metro) transport as one of the most important types of transportation. Considering the importance of the subject, we seek in this study to investigate the effect of metro lines on the sustainable development of Tehran Metropolis. To achieve this purpose, we first reviewed the literature and the theoretical foundations of the research. Then, the researchers used a questionnaire for data collection, selecting three dimensions of sustainable development (economic, social and environmental dimensions) and extracted their indices. Then they designed the questionnaire and distributed it among 170 people consisting of urban managers and metro lines managers. The researchers analyzed the data using the SPSS software and descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (normality test, t-test and Friedman test). According to the results of the t-test, which showed a significance level of less than 0.05, the extension of the subway lines has a significant effect on all three dimensions. According to the Friedman test, it has the highest impact on the environmental dimension, and then on the social dimension and finally on the economic dimension. According to the results, we can say that paying more attention to the metro lines, improving the quality of services, and extending its various lines will result in further development of Tehran Metropolis.
