بررسي تجدد گرايي در نماي ساختمان از دوران قاجار تا معاصر در شهر كرمان

A Review of Modernism in the Facade of the Buildings from the Qajar Era to Contemporary Era in the City of Kerman

معماري معاصر ايران سابقه اي بيش از يكي نيم قرن دارد كه اغلب در تمام شهرهاي ايران كم تر مورد توجه بوده است. شكل گيري بناها تحت تاثير شرايط مختلف مي باشد و سير تحول آن ها با ساير پديده هاي هنري, مذهبي, اجتماعي و سياسي كامل مي شود. با توجه به سير تحولات جامعه و بوجود آمدن جريان هاي معماري اوخر قاجار و بعد مدرنيسم و معماري باستان گرايي تغييرات نما در بناهاي شهري شكل گرفت و محصولات جديد مانند آهن و شيشه و سيمان سرعت تحول در نما را افزايش دادند. شهر كرمان جز شهرهايي است كه روند تغييرات اجراي بنا از شكل گيري پلان تا استفاده از مصالح جديد را مي توان در بافت شهري مشاهده كرد. پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش تحقيق تحليلي و ارزيابي كتابخانه اي و ميداني آنجام شده است تا تاثيرات تغيررات مصالح در دوره هاي مختلف قاجار و پهلوي را در بناهاي كرمان بررسي شود.

Contemporary Iranian architecture has a history of more than one and a half centuries, which has received little attention in all Iranian cities. The formation of buildings is influenced by different conditions and their development trend is completed with other artistic, religious, social and political phenomena. Due to the development of the society and changes in architecture from the late era of Qajar, there occurred facade changes in urban structures and new materials such as iron, glass and cement increased the pace of evolution in the façade of buildings. Kerman is one of the cities the texture of which was influenced by changes in buildings including the formation of the plan and the use of new materials. The present study has been conducted using the analytical research method and library and field evaluation to investigate the effects of material changes in different eras of Qajar and Pahlavi in Kerman buildings.
