Internal Evaluation of Research Groups in Institute for Research & Planning of Higher Education (IRPHE

هدف پژوهش حاضر ارزيابي دروني گروه هاي پژوهشي موسسه پژوهش و برنامه ريزي آموزش عالي است. اين پژوهش، مطالعه اي توصيفي از نوع ارزشيابي بوده و برحسب هدف نيز پژوهشي كاربردي است. جامعه آماري پژوهش شامل 22 عضو هيئت علمي، 16 كارشناس و يك مسئول كتابخانه است. با توجه به محدود بودن جامعه آماري از روش نمونه گيري سرشماري استفاده شد. ابزار گرد آوري داده ها، پرسشنامه هاي محقق ساخته بود كه روايي آن به تاييد صاحب نظران رسيد. براي بررسي پايايي پرسشنامه ها از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ استفاده شد و اين ضريب براي پرسشنامه اعضاي هيئت علمي 0/97، كارشناسان 0/96، وضع موجود 0/88 و وضع مطلوب 0/88 به دست آمد. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از روش هاي آماري توصيفي و آمار استنباطي (آزمون t نمونه هاي جفت شده) استفاده شد. يافته هاي پژوهش بيانگر آن است كه بين وضعيت موجود و مطلوب اهداف موسسه تفاوت معني داري وجود دارد. همچنين براي ارزيابي عوامل درون داد مولفه هاي منابع مالي و تجهيزات؛ عوامل فرايند مولفه هاي مديريت گروه، فعاليت هاي برون گروهي و كاركردهاي گروه و عوامل برون داد مولفه هاي بازده آموزشي، محصولات پژوهشي، خدمات اجتماعي و فعاليت هاي اجرايي، بررسي شد. بر اساس يافته ها وضعيت كيفيت هر يك از عوامل در سطح نسبتا مطلوب قرار دارد.

The Purpose of this descriptive Study is the internal evaluation of research groups in Institute for Research and Planning of Higher Education (IRPHE). This is a descriptive-evaluative study and based on the goal، it is an applied research. The population of the study includes faculty member (N=22)، employees (N=16)، librarian (N=1). Due to the limited population of the study، data was collected through census sampling and researcher-made questionnaire. The Cronbach` Alpha is used to estimate the reliability coefficient for each questionnaire (faculty members=.97، employees=.96، present situation of the goals=.88 and desired situation of the goals=.88). Also descriptive and inferential statistics were applied to analyze the data. The results indicate that there is a significant difference between present situation and desired situation of IRPHE goals. Meanwhile، three factors were analyzed in this study; Input Factors (using financial resources and facilities as components)، Process Factor (including regulations، approvals، group meetings، group management and group performance) and Output Factors (including educational outcomes، research products، social services and administrative activities). According to these three factors the results illustrates that the quality of each factors are relativity optimal
