Thematic Evaluation and Methodology of Master's Theses in the Field of Educational Technology

هدف پژوهش، شناسايي وضعيت دامنه موضوعي و روش شناسي پژوهش هاي انجام گرفته در رشته تكنولوژي آموزشي، ترسيم وضع مطلوب از نظر متخصصان و روشن كردن خلاهاي موضوعي و روش شناسي است. جامعه آماري شامل تمام پايان نامه هاي رشته تكنولوژي آموزشي در سه دانشگاه علامه طباطبايي، خوارزمي و اراك كه تعداد آنها 338 نسخه و در مرحله دوم، مصاحبه با تعداد 26 نفر از استادان و دانشجويان دكتري رشته تكنولوژي آموزشي بود كه با روش نمونه گيري هدفمند انتخاب شدند. براي تحليل داده ها از روش تحليل محتوا و آمار توصيفي (فراواني، ميانگين و درصد) استفاده شد. يافته ها نشان داد كه تنوع موضوعي بسيار گسترده است؛ پژوهش ها به قلمرو جديد تكنولوژي آموزشي، كمتر توجه داشته اند و بيشتر به برداشت سنتي از اين رشته توجه شده است. بيشتر پژوهش ها با استفاده از روش هاي كمي با 96/46 درصد انجام شده و روش هاي كيفي با 3/54 درصد مورد غفلت و كم توجهي اين متخصصان قرار گرفته است. همچنين پژوهشگران اين رشته لازم است به زمينه هاي موضوعي از قبيل، تكنولوژي عملكرد انساني، مديريت، نوآوري، تحليل كيفي و چند رسانه اي هاي آموزشي و روش هاي پژوهشي ازجمله روش هاي طولي، تك آزمودني، تحليل محتوا، روش شناسي كيو، اقدام پژوهي، نظريه زمينه اي، پژوهش هاي تاريخي و گروه متمركز بيشتر توجه كنند.

The purpose of the research is to identify the status of the subject domain and the methodology of research in the field of educational technology، to draw the desired situation from the point of view of experts and clarify the theoretical and methodological gaps. The statistical population consisted of all theses in the field of educational technology in three Allameh Tabatabai، Kharazmi and Arak universities with 338 copies، and in the second phase، interviews with 26 faculty members and Ph.D. students of educational technology were selected through purposeful sampling. For data analysis، content analysis and descriptive statistics (frequency، mean and percentage) were used. The results showed that subject diversity is very wide; research has less focused on the new field of educational technolog and More attention is paid to the traditional perception of this field. Most researches have been carried out using quantitative methods with 96.66% and quality methods have been neglected and underestimated by 3.54% of them. Researchers in this field also need to address thematic areas such as human performance technology، management، innovation، qualitative and multimedia education and research methods، such as longitudinal، single-subject methods، content analysis، Q methodology، action research، grounded theory Historical research، and more focused group.
