بررسي تطبيقي الگوي اسلامي - ايراني پيشرفت با الگوهاي غربي توسعه با تاكيد بر عدالت

The Comparative Study of Iranian-Islamic Model of Progress and Western Models of Development with an Emphasis on Justice

عدالت يكي از عمده ترين ارزش هاي معنوي در طول تاريخ تمدن بشري است كه مورد توجه انديشمندان مكاتب مختلف بوده است؛ لذا تعيين رويكرد يك نظام سياسي به مساله ي عدالت، در طراحي و تدوين نظريه ها و الگوهاي توسعه نيز موثر خواهد بود. اين نوشتار مي كوشد تا ضمن مقايسه ي جايگاه عدالت در الگوي اسلامي - ايراني پيشرفت با الگوهاي غربي توسعه، به اين سوال پاسخ دهد كه «وجوه تمايز عدالت در الگوي اسلامي- ايراني پيشرفت با الگوهاي غربي توسعه چيست؟» براي نيل به اين هدف، از روش توصيفي، تحليلي، تطبيقي استفاده كرده و جهت استنباط به منابع معتبر اسلامي و بيانات حضرت آيت االله خامنه اي مراجعه نموده ايم. يافته هاي بحث نشان مي دهند كه الگوي اسلامي - ايراني پيشرفت در تعريف: عدالت، نظام اقتصادي و سياسي مطلوب، تعيين نسبت آزادي و عدالت، نسبت توسعه / پيشرفت و عدالت، نقش دولت در برقراري عدالت و ترسيم اهداف نهايي خود در برقراري عدالت، با الگوهاي غربي توسعه، تمايزات جدي دارد.

Justice is one of the most important value of spiritual values during the history of human civilization and has been favored by thinkers of different schools. It is effective for a political system to determine approach to issue of justice for designing and codifying theories and models of development. This paper tries to respond to this question that “what are distinctive features of justice in comparing the Iranian-Islamic model of progress with western models of development?” while comparing the place of justice in the Iranian-Islamic model of progress with western models of development. To achieve this objective، comparative، analytic and descriptive methodology has been used and validated Islamic sources and statements of the supreme leader، Ayatollah Khamenei have been referred to in order to make inferences. The findings show that the Iranian-Islamic model of progress is seriously distinctive from the western models of development in defining justice، desirable politico-economic system، determining justice-liberty relation، development-progress and justice and role of state in establishing justice and illustrating its final goals for establishing justice.
