Identifying and Explaining the Cultural Leverage Point in the Management of the Holy Defense Memorials

راهيان نور يك نوآوري موفق از جبهه فرهنگي انقلاب اسلامي در موضوع گردشگري است كه توانسته با بهره گيري از فرهنگ ايثار و شهادت، تاثير بسزايي در فرهنگ عمومي و نسل جوان كشور بگذارد. در اين ميان، يادمان هاي راهيان نور هماكنون به عنوان يك مجموعه فرهنگي، نقش حلقه اتصال زنجيره فعاليت هاي فرهنگي را در راستاي تاثيرگذاري بر روي مخاطبان راهيان نور ايفا مي كند. هدف اين پژوهش، شناسايي موقعيتي (نقطه اهرمي) است كه تغييرات كوچك در مديريت فرهنگي يادمان، آثار فرهنگي بزرگي را در مخاطبان مي گذارد. به منظور دستيابي به هدف پژوهش، در سه گام با بهره گيري از تحليل محتواي كمي، تكنيك خط داستان و تجزيه و تحليل مضمون، يافته هاي تحقيق استخراج و سامان يافت. داده هاي تحقيق در گام اول و دوم به صورت مصاحبه هايي نيمه ساختاريافته با 70 نفر و در گام سوم با 27 نفر از خبرگان و دست اندركاران راهيان نور گردآوري شده اند. نتيجه پژوهش حاضر نشان مي دهد «فضاسازي در يادمان هاي دفاع مقدس» نقطه اهرمي فرهنگي در مديريت يادمان ها است كه با يادآوري دوران دفاع مقدس و القاي معاني و محتوا به صورت ناخودآگاه (ادراك غيرمستقيم) از طريق ارتباط با محيط يادمان بيشترين اثر را بر زائران دارد. فضاسازي در يادمان هاي دفاع مقدس دربردارنده ابعاد اساسي شامل: گوياسازي (بازسازي و حفظ آثار دفاع مقدس)؛ طراحي و ايجاد؛ نشانه گذاري و 4- پويايي يادمان (زنده بودن) است كه بايد در سياست گذاري ها و اجرا مدنظر قرار گيرند.

From the light path travelers (Rahiaan Noor) is one of the successful innovation of the Islamic Revolution Cultural Front in tourism that has a great impact on popular culture and on the country's young generation by facilitating the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom. So، the memorials of the holy defense، now، as a cultural set، plays as a link in the chain of cultural activities that influence the audience of the light path travelers (Noor Rahian). The aim of this study is to identify the position (point of leverage) that small changes in the management of cultural monuments (memorials)، work big cultural traces on the audience's of these travelers. In order to achieve this goal by using quantitative content analysis، themed story line technique and contents analysis in three steps، results of the study were extracted and were organized. At the first and the second steps by semi-structured interviews with 70 people of light path travelers and at the third step by 27 experts and professionals in the light path travelers، data has been collected. Hence، this study shows that "the atmospheric environment in the monuments of Sacred Defense" is the leverage point in managing the cultural monuments that has the most effect on visitors reminding the period of holy war and instill meaning and content by unconsciously (perceived indirectly) through contacts with the environment. In Remembrance of the environmental atmosphere of Holy Defense which contains some basic dimensions such as: expressiveness (restoration and preservation of the traces of sacred defense); design and create، marking up and dynamics Memorial (alive) that must be considered in policy making and implementation.
