The Effectiveness of Relationship Enhancement on optimism regarding and the marriage expectation in couples referred to counseling centers of Isfahan city

اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺸﯽ آﻣﻮزش ﺑﻬﺴﺎزي راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﺮ اﻧﺘﻈﺎر ازدواج و ﺧﻮش ﺑﯿﻨﯽ زوﺟﯿﻦ ﻣﺮاﺟﻌﻪ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﺑﻪ ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ ﻣﺸﺎوره اﺻﻔﻬﺎن ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ي زوﺟﯿﻦ ﻣﺮاﺟﻌﻪ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﺑﻪ ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ ﻣﺸﺎوره اﺻﻔﻬﺎن در ﺳﻪ ﻣﺎﻫﻪ آﺧﺮ ﺳﺎل 1395 ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ 30 زوج ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ (15 زوج ﮔﺮوه آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ و 15 زوج ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل) ﮐﻪ ﭼﻮن ﺗﻌﺪاد آﻧﻬﺎ ﮐﻢ ﺑﻮد ﻫﻤﻪ زوﺟﯿﻦ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ درﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. روش ﺟﻤﻊآوري دادهﻫﺎ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﻧﺘﻈﺎر ازدواج و ﺧﻮش ﺑﯿﻨﯽ زوﺟﯿﻦ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻣﻘﺪار آن ﺑﺮاي ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺬﮐﻮر ﺑﺎﻻي 0.7 ﺑﻪدﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﺑﻪدﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه از اﺟﺮاي ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار SPSS در دو بخش ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ و اﻧﺤﺮاف اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد و اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ (آﻣﺎره ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﮐﻮوارﯾﺎﻧﺲ) اﻧﺠﺎم ﭘﺬﯾﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن داد كه آﻣﻮزش ﺑﻬﺴﺎزي راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﺮ اﻧﺘﻈﺎر ازدواج و ﺧﻮش ﺑﯿﻨﯽ زوﺟﯿﻦ ﺷﻬﺮ اﺻﻔﻬﺎن ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري دارد. ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي: ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان اﻇﻬﺎر داﺷﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻣﺸﺎوران و درﻣﺎﻧﮕﺮان ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ از روﯾﮑﺮد ﺑﻬﺴﺎزي راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان روﺷﯽ بسيار ﻣﻔﯿﺪ و ﻏﻨﯽ در رواﺑﻂ ﺑﯿﻦ زوﺟﯿﻦ ﺑﺮاي اﯾﺠﺎد زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ و ﻣﻌﺘﺪل در ﻧﻈﺮ بگيرند.

This study examined the effectiveness of improving the relationship between the expected and optimism married couples referred to counseling centers of Isfahan. The study population consisted of all the couples referred to counseling centers of Isfahan in the fourth quarter of 2016 were 30 couples were selected (15 couples in the experimental group and 15 couples in the control group) because they were not all couples, for example, Was considered. According to the method of data collection and optimism questionnaire married couples were expected. Reliability using Cronbach's alpha values above 0.7 were obtained for the questionnaire. Analysis of data obtained from questionnaires run through SPSS software. descriptive and inferential statistics including mean and standard deviation (statistical analysis of covariance) was performed. The results showed that improving education and optimism regarding the pending marriage of couples in a significant impact.
