هدف پژوهش حاضر، نشان دادن مؤلفه‌هاي روش الگويي و بررسي ويژگي‌ها و آفات اين روش در سيره رضوي است. روش پژوهش، توصيفي ـ تحليلي با رويكرد استنباطي است. در سيره رضوي شاهد اين شيوه از تربيت به اشكال مختلف هستيم؛ به اين ترتيب زماني امام رضا ع با ارائه الگو از خويش يا افرادي كه در گذشته تحقق خارجي داشته و سنت و روش زندگي آنها در جامعه از رونق و درخشش خاصي برخوردار بوده، سعي داشته رفتار و صفات مطلوب را به شكلي عملي به متربي معرفي كند. زماني ديگر الگوهاي مطلوبي را در نظر گرفته و با بيان خصوصيات، علامات و نشانه ها و تصويرسازي، آن‌ها را كه براي مخاطب قابل رؤيت نيست، عينيت بخشيده تا متربي به اين مهم دست يابند. همچنين زماني در قالب بيان صفات، خصوصيات و نشانه هاي الگوهاي منفي، سعي در دور كردن جامعه از آن الگوها دارد. از اين رو نوشتار حاضر پس از تقسيم مؤلفه‌ها به سه دسته «ارائه الگو»، «پردازش الگو» و «الگو زدايي»، شاخصه‌هايي چون بصيرت، امكان دستيابي به الگوهاي ديني، ارائه الگو متناسب با مخاطب و به تبع آن آفاتي مانند الگوپذيري كوركورانه، اسوه‌پذيري از باطل، الگوگيري كامل از الگوهاي ناقص و نبود تطابق بين گفتار و رفتار را تبيين مي‌نمايد.

The purpose of the research was to show the components of the model and method Examining the properties and pests of this method in Razavi. The research method was descriptive-analytic with deductive approach.
