چكيده فارسي :
ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﮔﺮاﯾﺶ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﻮﯾﺖ ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﮐـﺎر ﺑـﺮ ﺳـﻼﻣﺖ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨـﺎن ﺷـﻬﺮداري ﺳـﺎوه در ﺳـﺎل 1395-96 ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻫﺪف ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و از ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮدآوري داده ﻫﺎ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ-ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺑـﻮد. ﺟﺎﻣﻌـﻪ آﻣـﺎري ﺷـﺎمل ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺷﺮﮐﺖ آﻟﻮﻣﯿﻨﯿﻮم ﭘﺎرس، ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 680 ﻧﻔﺮ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ از ﻣﯿﺎن آن ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان و روش ﻧﻤﻮنه ﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﻃﺒﻘﻪ اي 246 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ درﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. روش ﺟﻤـﻊ آوري داده ﻫـﺎ ﺑـﺮ اﺳـﺎس دو ﭘﺮﺳﺸـﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﻣﻌﻨﻮﯾﺖ در ﮐﺎر ﻣﯿﻠﯿﻤﻦ و ﻫﻤﮑﺎراﻧﺶ (2003) و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻫﻮي و ﻓﯿﻠﺪﻣﻦ (1996) ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ اﯾﻦ ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﺑﺮاي ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ اﺑﻌﺎد ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫـﺎ ﺑـﯿﺶ از 0.7 ﺑﺪﺳـﺖ آﻣـﺪ ﮐـﻪ ﻧﺸﺎن از ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ اﺑﺰار ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ داﺷﺖ. ﺑﺮاي ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ رواﯾﯽ از رواﯾﯽ ﺳﺎزه اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻧﺘﺎج ﺑﯿﺎﻧﮕﺮ روا ﺑﻮدن اﺑﺰار ﺗﺤﻘﯿـﻖ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. داده ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ روش ﻣﺪل ﺳﺎزي ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري و اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار ﭘﯽ ال اس ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ و ﻣـﺪل ﻧﻬـﺎﯾﯽ اراﺋـﻪ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺑﺮازش ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﻣﺪل ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻣﯽ، ﺑﺮ ﻣﺒﻨﺎي ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﻗﺒﻮل و ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار ﺿﺮاﯾﺐ ﻣﺴﯿﺮ، ﺑﺎرﻫﺎي ﻋـﺎﻣﻠﯽ، وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﺗﺒﯿـﯿﻦ ﺷﺪه و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺟﯽ او اف ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن دﻫﻨﺪه ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار و ﻣﺜﺒﺖ ﮔﺮاﯾﺶ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﻮﯾﺖ دروﻧﯽ و ﺗﻠﻔﯿﻘﯽ ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﮐـﺎر ﺑﺮ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺑﻮد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﮔﺮاﯾﺶ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﻮﯾﺖ ﺑﯿﺮوﻧﯽ ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﮐﺎر ﺑﺮ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺷﻬﺮداري ﺳﺎوه ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺎﺋﯿﺪ ﻗـﺮار ﻧﮕﺮﻓﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the tendency toward the spirituality of the work
environment on the health of employees in Saveh municipalities during the years of 1995-1999. The research
method was applied based on the purpose and descriptive survey was used to collect the data. The statistical
population consisted of 680 employees of Pars aluminum company employees. Among them, using Cochran
formula and random sampling method, 246 persons were considered as sample size. The method of data
collection was based on two standard questionnaires of spirituality in the work of Millman et al. (2003) and Hoy
and Feldman (1996) organizational health questionnaire. The reliability of this questionnaire using Cronbach's
alpha method for all dimensions of the questionnaires was more than 0.7, which indicates the reliability of the
research tool. The construct validity was used to calculate the validity of the validity, and the results indicate the
validity of the research tool. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling and using the software
for analyzing and final modeling. Fit fitting the conceptual model, based on the indicators of acceptable and
significant values of path coefficients, factor load, variance, and GIFF index were obtained. The results showed a
positive and positive effect on the internal and external spirituality of the work environment on employees'
health. Also, the impact of the tendency toward the outer spirituality of the work environment on the health of
the employees of the municipality of Saveh was not confirmed.
