تاثير هوش اجتماعي بر عملكرد مالي مديران با نقش ميانجي سبك رهبري (مورد مطالعه: مديران مالي شهرداري تهران)

Effect of Social Intelligence on Financial Performance of Mangers Emphasizing Mediating Role of Leadership Style (Case Study: Financial Managers of Tehran Municipality)

با توجه به اينكه افراد در موقعيتهاي متفاوت رفتار متفاوت از خود نشان مي دهند بر همين اساس مي توان گفت هوش اجتماعي يكي از شاخصهاي مي باشد كه منجر به بروز اين رفتارهاي متفاوت مي شود، هوش اجتماعي به عنوان يكي از قابليت هاي حايز اهميت مدير، نقش بسزايي در كارايي واحد اقتصادي دارد. لذا با توجه به اهميت موضوع، اين پژوهش به بررسي تاثير هوش اجتماعي بر عملكرد مالي مديران با نقش ميانجي سبك رهبري مي پردازد كه از نظر هدف كاربردي، از نظر روش جمع آوري اطلاعات از نوع توصيفي- پيمايشي است. در اين پژوهش تعداد نمونه آماري محاسبه شده به صورت تصادفي ساده با استفاده از فرمول كوكران 256 مي باشد كه به همين تعداد پرسشنامه به مديران و كارشناسان سطح با لاي اداره مالي شهرداري تهران ارايه و پس از جمع آوري داده هاي مربوطه، با استفاده از رگرسيون به آزمون فرضيات پرداخته شد. يافته هاي تحقيق حاكي از اين است كه هوش اجتماعي بر مديريت ارزش، كنترل ريسك و كنترل هزينه مديران شهرداري با نقش ميانجي سبك رهبري (اختياري، حمايتي، مشاركتي و دستوري) تاثير مثبت معناداري دارد.

Since individuals behave differently in different situations, it can be stated that social intelligence is one of indicators leading to such different behaviors. Social intelligence that is one of significant capabilities of manager plays a vital role in efficiency of a business body. Considering the importance of the subject, this study was conducted to examine effect of social intelligence of financial performance of managers emphasizing the mediating role of leadership style. This was an applied research in terms of objective and a descriptive-survey study in terms of data collection method. Sample size of this research obtained to 256 members using simple random sampling method and Cochrane formula then 256 questionnaires were distributed among managers and top experts in financial department of Tehran Municipality; then data were gathered and research hypotheses were tested using regression method. Research findings imply that social intelligence has a positive significant effect on value management, risk control, and cost control among Municipality managers emphasizing the mediating role of leadership styles including autocratic, optional, supportive, and collaborative.
