چكيده فارسي :
اﻣﺮوزه ﭘﺮﺳﺶ اﺳﺎﺳﯽ و ﻣﺴﺘﻤﺮ ﺑﺴﯿﺎري از ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻬﺎ، ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ ﻣﻮﺿﻮع اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ در ﺣﺎل ﺣﺎﺿﺮ و آﯾﻨﺪه، ﭼﻪ اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋي ﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﺟﺬب اﺳﺘﻌﺪادﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر دﺳﺘﯿﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺿﯿﺎن ﻓﻌﺎل و ﻣﻨﻔﻌﻞ ﻣﻮرد ﻧﯿﺎز اﺳﺖ؟ ﭼﻪ روﺷﻬﺎ و اﺻﻮﻟﯽ ﺑﺮاي اﺳﺘﺨﺪام، در ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻬﺎي ﻣﻮﻓﻖ وﺟﻮد دارﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ ﺑﻪ آﻧﻬﺎ در ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻓﺮآﯾﻨﺪ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ رﯾﺰي ﺟﺬب و اﺳﺘﺨﺪام ﮐﻤﮏ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ؟ اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﺑ دﻧﺒﺎل ﭘﺎﺳﺨﮕﻮﯾﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺳﺌﻮاﻻت ﻓﻮق ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ اﺳﺘﻌﺪادﻫﺎ را ﺟﺬب و ﺣﻔﻆ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ و ﯾﮏ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮏ ﮐﻞ، ﯾﮏ واﺣﺪ ﮐﺴﺐ و ﮐﺎر، ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ، ﺗﯿﻢ ﯾﺎ ﻓﺮد ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﯾﮏ آﻫﻦ رﺑﺎي اﺳﺘﻌﺪاد ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﭼﻮن ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻗﺪرت و ﻧﻔﻮذ را در ﻋﺮﺻﻪ ﺗﻌﻬﺪ و ﺣﻔﻆ دارا ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ، ﻣﺎ ﺗﻤﺮﮐﺰ ﺧﻮد را روي آﻧﻬﺎ ﻣﯽ ﮔﺬارﯾﻢ. زﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﮐﻪ رﻫﺒﺮان ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻗﺪرت ﺟﺬب ﻗﻮي داﺷﺘ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ، آن را اﺣﺴﺎس ﻣﯽ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ و اﯾﻦ اﺣﺴﺎس را ﺑﻪ ﺳﺎﯾﺮﯾﻦ ﻧﯿﺰ ﻣﻨﺘﻘﻞ ﻣﯽ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ. اﻧﺮژي، روﺣﯿﻪ و دﻟﮕﺮﻣﯽ، ﺗﻌﻬﺪ و ﺑﻬﺮه وري را ﺑﻪ ﺷﺪت ﺑﺎﻻ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺮﻧﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Today, the basic and continuing question of many organizations is based on the fact that what are the current and
future strategies for attracting talents to acquiring passive and active applicants? What are the procedures and
principles for hiring in successful organizations that can help them improve the recruitment planning process?
This article seeks to answer the above questions. Managers can attract and retain talent and an organization as a
whole, a business unit, activity, team or individual can be a talent magnet because managers have the most
power and influence in terms of commitment and maintenance, our focus is we put them on. When
organizational leaders have a strong absorption power, they feel it and pass it on to others; Energy, spirits and
encouragement, high commitment and productivity.
