بررسي و شناخت مشاركت دانشجو معلمان در فعاليت هاي فرهنگي در دانشگاه فرهنگيان شهر زاهدان

Investigating and Recognizing Student Teachers' Participation in Cultural Activities at Farhangian University of Zahedan

امروزه سنجش ميزان رضايت مندي دانشجويان از كاركرد دانشگاهي شهرها بسيار ضروري است. از طرف ديگر بررسي هاي اوليه نشان ميدهد بسياري از رشته هاي دانشگاهي در راستاي نيازهاي شهري نيست. اين ناهماهنگي باعث بروز مشكلاتي در زمينه هاي اقتصادي، اجتماعي، سياسي و فرهنگي در سطح كشور گرديده است. استقرار دانشگاه در هر شهري نيازمند به بسترهاي مناسب و ظرفيت هاي زير بنايي براي پذيرش نقش دانشگاهي است. توجه به ظرفيت هاي زير بنايي و پتانسيل هاي مناسب با نيازهاي دانشگاه و دانشگاهيان ضروري است در اين پژوهش جامعه آماري تعداد 300 نفر از دانشجو معلمان دانشگاه فرهنگيان بوده كه با استفاده از جدول مورگان به روش طبقه اي- تصادفي تعداد 169 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماري مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. داده ها از طريق توزيع 2 پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با عناوين مشاركت دانشجو معلمان در فعاليتهاي فرهنگي با 23 سوال 5 گزينه اي و رضايت مندي دانشجو معلمان با 25 سوال 5 گزينه اي بر پايه مقياس ليكرت به دست آمده است. جهت تعيين اعتبار و روايي پرسشنامه اين پژوهش از روش محتوا استفاده شد و پايايي پرسشنامه نيز با استفاده از آلفاي كرونباخ به دست آمد كه براي پرسشنامه مشاركت دانشجو معلمان در فعاليتهاي فرهنگي ضريب پايايي 0/91 و براي پرسشنامه رضايت دانشجويان از كيفيت برنامه هاي فرهنگي ضريب پايايي 0/93 بدست آمده است. جهت تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از نرم افزار spss16 استفاده شد، بدين صورت كه پس از استخراج داده ها، ابتدا جهت بررسي هاي جمعيت شناختي از روش هاي توصيفي شامل فراواني، درصد، ميانگين، انحراف معيار و براي پاسخگويي به سوالات پژوهش از آزمون همبستگي پيرسون وتحليل رگرسيون استفاده شد. يافته هاي پژوهش حاضر نشان مي دهد بين مشاركت دانشجو معلمان با رضايتمندي آنان رابطه معناداري وجود داشته است.

Nowadays, it is essential to assess the students' satisfaction with the academic performance of cities. On the other hand, early studies show that many academic fields are not consistent with urban needs. This inconsistency has caused problems in the economic, social, political and cultural areas in Iran. Establishing a university in each city requires suitable and infrastructural capacity to accept academic roles. It is thus essential to consider the infrastructural capacities and potentials of cities proportionate with the needs of universities and students. The study population consists of 300 student teachers of Farhangian University, among whom 300 student teachers were selected as the sample size using Morgan Table and the stratified random sampling method. We collected the data by distributing two researcher-made questionnaires of student-teachers' participation in cultural activities with 23 five-choice questions and student teachers' satisfaction with the quality of cultural programs with 25 five-choice questions based on Likert's scale. We used the content method in order to determine the reliability and validity of the questionnaires and obtained the reliability of the questionnaires using Cronbach's alpha. The reliability of the questionnaire of student-teachers' participation in cultural activities was 0.91 and the reliability of the questionnaire of student teachers' satisfaction with the quality of cultural programs was 0.93. We used SPSS 16 software in order to analyze the data. Having extracted the required data, we used descriptive methods including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation in order to analyze them. We also used Pearson correlation test and regression analysis so as to respond the research questions. The findings of this study indicate that there is a significant association between the student teachers' participation and their satisfaction.
