Investigating the Relationship between Managers' Perceptional Errors and Their Investment Behavior Considering the Role of Age and Gender Moderator (Case Study: Commercial and Export Companies of Mashhad)

هدف پژوهش بررسي رابطه خطاهاي اداركي مديران بر رفتار سرمايه گذاري آنها با توجه به نقش تعديل گر سن و جنسيت (مطالعه موردي: شركت هاي بازرگاني - صادراتي شهر مشهد) است. اين تحقيق كاربردي به روش توصيفي - همبستگي از شاخه مطالعات ميداني انجام‌ شده است. با توجه به اين كه شركت هاي بازرگاني در شرايط اقتصادي كشور نقش بسزايي دارند و مي‌توانند تاثير شگرفي در پيشبرد اهداف اقتصادي كشور داشته باشند, لذا در تحقيق حاضر كليه مديران شركت هاي بازرگاني - وارداتي شهر مشهد كه در زمينه سرمايه گذاري نيز فعاليت مي كنندء جامعه تحقيق حاضر قرارگرفتند. با توجه فرمول كوكران حجم نمونه 86 شركت برآورد گرديد كه با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري تصادفي در دسترس به توزيع و تكميل پرسشنامه پرداخته شد. ابزار جمع آوري داده ها در اين پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است. آزمون فرضيه ها و تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات از روش رگرسيون و معادلات ساختاري انجام شده است. نتايج نشان مي دهد كه خطاي پيش بيني, تشديد و بيش اعتمادي مديران بر رفتار سرمايه گذاري آنها رابطه مثبت و معنادار دارد. متغير سن و جنسيت مديران بين خطاي پيش بيني مديران بر رفتار سرمايه گذاري آن ها واسطه گري مي كند. متغير سن و جنسيت مديران خطاي تشديد مديران بر رفتار سرمايه گذاري آنها واسطه گري مي كند. متغير سن و جنسيت مديران خطاي بيش اعتمادي مديران بر رفتار سرمايه گذاري آنها به واسطه گري مي كند.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between managers' perceptional errors and their investment behavior considering the role of age and gender moderator (case study: commercial and export companies of Mashhad). This applied research has been done by descriptive correlation method from the field studies field.) Considering that commercial companies have a significant role in economic conditions of the country and they can have a significant impact on the economic goals of the country, therefore, in the present study, all managers of imported and commercial companies operating in the city of Mashhad, the research community was present. According to Cochran formula, the sample size of 86 companies was estimated and distributed to the questionnaire by using randomized sampling method. The data gathering tool was a researcher made questionnaire. The hypothesis test and data analysis are done by regression method and structural equations. The results show that the forecast error, exacerbation and more trust of managers on their investment behavior are positive and significant. The variables of the age and gender of the managers interfere with the managers' prediction error on their investment behavior. The variables of age and gender Managers of managers' mismanagement interfere with their investment behavior. The variables of the age and gender of directors make managers more distrustful of misconduct on their investment behavior.
