The Relationship between Teacher Communication Skills and Communication Skills of High School Girl Students

ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﺑﺎ ﻣﻬﺎرت ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ داﻧﺶ آﻣﻮزان دﺧﺘﺮ ﻣﻘﻄﻊ ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻄﻪ ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن آﻣﻞ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ داﻧﺶ آﻣﻮزان دﺧﺘﺮ و ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻄﻪ 1 و2 ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن آﻣﻞ در ﺳﺎل ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ 95-96 ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد داﻧﺶ آﻣﻮزان 11348 ﻧﻔﺮ و ﺗﻌﺪاد ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن 1100 ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ آﻣﺎري 371 ﻧﻔﺮ از داﻧﺶ آﻣﻮزان دﺧﺘﺮ ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻄﻪ 1 و2 ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن آﻣﻞ و ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن 285 ﻧﻔﺮﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از آن اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻣﻬﺎرت ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ داﻧﺶ آﻣﻮزان ﺑﻪ ﻃﺮز ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮ از ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻣﯽ اﺳﺖ و ﻣﻬﺎرت ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ در داﻧﺶ آﻣﻮزان و ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن از وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﻣﻄﻠﻮﺑﯽ ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار اﺳﺖ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ در ﻣﻮرد ﻓﺮﺿﯿﻪ ﺑﻌﺪي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ داﻧﺶ آﻣﻮزان ﺑﺎ ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري وﺟﻮد دارد.

This study examined the relationship between teachers' communication skills communication skills high school students in the city of Amol. The study population included all female students and teachers in secondary 1 and 2 are 96-95 Amol city in the academic year the number of students and number of teachers in 1100 is 11,348 people. The sample of 371 students from Secondary 1 and 2 students and teachers Amol city are 285 of us. Results showed that in the next hypothesis communication skills among students with communication skills teachers there is a significant positive relationship.
