چكيده فارسي :
هدف اصلي از پژوهش حاضر, بررسي رابطه تعهد سازماني و سكوت سازماني با عملكرد سازماني در بين معلمان ابتدايي شهرستان گلوگاه در سال تحصيلي 95-96 مي باشد. اين تحقيق ازحيث هدف كاربردي و ازحيث روش گردآوري داده ها توصيفي و پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري شامل 160 نفر از معلمان مقطع ابتدايي شهرستان گلوگاه مي باشد كه بر اساس جدول كرجسي و مورگان تعداد 100 نفر از معلمان با روش نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه اي به عنوان تمونه انتخاب خواهند شد. نتايچ حاصل از بررسي فرضيات تحقيق نشان داد تعهد سازماني با سكوت سازماني و عملكرد سازماني معلمان ابتدايي شهرستان گلوگاه رابطه و جود دارد و همچنين تتايج حاصل از بررسي رابطه بين سكوت سازماني با عملكرد سازماني معلمان ابتدايي شهرستان گلوگاه نيز مورد تاييد قرار گرفت و در نهايت بين تعهد سازماني و سكوت سازماني با عملكرد سازماني معلمان ابتدايي شهرستان گلوگاه مدلي ارائه شد.
چكيده لاتين :
The main purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between organizational commitment and
organizational Silence with organizational performance among primary school teachers in the city of Golghah in
the academic year of 96-95. This research is an applied target and descriptive survey is a method of data
collection. The statistical population consists of 160 primary school teachers in the city of Haloogh. According
to the Kerjesian and Morgan tables, 100 teachers will be selected by random stratified sampling. The results of
research hypothesis showed that organizational commitment with organizational silence and organizational
performance of the primary teachers of the city of Golhoogh have a relation and also the results of the study of
the relationship between organizational silence and the organizational performance of the primary teachers of the
city of Golghah were confirmed and finally, Organizational commitment and organizational silence with the
organizational performance of primary school teachers in the city of Golouzah were presented
