چكيده فارسي :
اﻣﺮوزه در داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻫﺎي ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺘﻪ دﻧﯿﺎ ﺑﺤﺚ آﯾﻨﺪه ﻧﮕﺮي اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋي ﻣﺤﻮر ﺑﻮدن ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن، ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ و ﻓﺮوش داﻧﺶ، ارﺗﻘﺎء ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ ﻓﮑﺮي و ﺧﻼﻗﯿﺖ و ﻧﻮآوري ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎ از اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﻓﻮق اﻟﻌﺎده ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ اﯾﻦ ﭘﺪﯾﺪه در ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر اﻋﻢ و در داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر اﺧﺺ ﻣﺼﺪاق دارد. ﺧﻼﻗﯿﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﻬﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ اﻫﺪاف ﻣﻮرد اﻧﺘﻈﺎر ﺑﺮاي ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ ﻓﮑﺮي ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ در ان ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﮔﺬار ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ راﺑﻄﻪ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ ﻓﮑﺮي و ﺧﻼﻗﯿﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن اﻋﻀﺎء ﻫﯿﺌﺖ ﻋﻠﻤﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه آزاد اﺳﻼﻣﯽ ﯾﺰد ﺳﺎل 95 ـ 1394 ﺻﻮرت ﭘﺬﯾﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺪﯾﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ اﻋﻀﺎ ﻫﯿﺌﺖ ﻋﻠﻤﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه آزاد ﯾﺰد در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ، ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﺟﺪول ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن 170 ﻧﻔﺮ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. اﺑﺰار ﮔﺮدآوري ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ ﻓﮑﺮي ﺑﻮﻧﺘﯿﺴﯽ و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﺧﻼﻗﯿﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ رﻧﺪﺳﯿﭗ ﺑﻮد. ﺿﺮاﯾﺐ ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ ﻓﮑﺮي (0/87) و ﺧﻼﻗﯿﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ (0/81) ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. اﺟﺮا ﺑﺪﯾﻦ ﺻﻮرت ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎ در ﻣﯿﺎن اﻋﻀﺎي ﻣﻨﺘﺨﺐ ﻫﯿﺌﺖ ﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ و ﺳﭙﺲ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ آﻣﺎري ﺟﻤﻊ آوري ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ ﻓﮑﺮي و ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ، ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري و ﻣﺸﺘﺮي ﺑﺎ ﺧﻼﻗﯿﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﺜﺒﺘﯽ داﺷﺘﻪ و ﺗﻮاﻧﺴﺘﻨﺪ ﺧﻼﻗﯿﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ را ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﭘﯿﺶ ﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ ﻓﮑﺮي ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺧﻼﻗﯿﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ اﻓﺮاد در ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
Today, the strategy-oriented foresight issue, the production and sale of knowledge, the promotion of intellectual
capital and the creativity and innovation of organizations are of paramount importance. This phenomenon
applies to all organizations in general, and in universities in particular. Organizational creativity is one of the
most important goals expected of organizational managers, which can be influenced by the intellectual capital of
employees. The present study aims to determine the relationship between intellectual capital and the creativity of
the faculty members of the Islamic Azad University of Yazd in 2015-16. For this purpose, all faculty members of
Yazd Islamic Azad University were considered for the study population, among whom 170 members were
selected as the sample size using Morgan's table. The data collection tool included the standard Bontis's
Intellectual Capital Questionnaire and the standard Randsip's Organizational Creativity Questionnaire. The
reliability coefficients of the questionnaires were calculated as 0.87 and 0.81 for the Intellectual Capital
Questionnaire and the Organizational Creativity Questionnaire respectively. The questionnaires were distributed
among the selected faculty members and then collected for statistical analysis. The findings showed that
intellectual capital and the human capital, structural, and customer components are positively correlated with
organizational creativity and could significantly predict organizational creativity. The results showed that
intellectual capital is one of the factors affecting the organizational creativity of individuals in the organization.
