بررسي عوامل موثر بر پايگاه اجتماعي معلم در جامعه شهري شهرستان مسجدسليمان از ديدگاه اولياء دانش آموزان

Revieing the affecting factors on the social base of teacher in the civic society of Masjed soleiman on the point of view between students’ parents

"موﻗﻌﯿﺖ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ" ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻋﻮاﻣﻠﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ مي توان آن را ﺑﺎ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﭼﻮن ﺳﻦ، ﺟﻨﺲ، ﺷﻐﻞ، اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از وﺳﺎﯾﻞ و اﻣﮑﺎﻧﺎت ﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺘﯽ، رﻓﺎﻫﯽ، ﺗﻔﺮﯾﺤﯽ و ... ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻧﻤﻮد. در ﻫﻤﯿﻦ راﺳﺘﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﻪ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﮐﻪ اﻓﺮاد در ﻧﻘﺶ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﮔﻮﻧﺎﮔﻮن اﻧﺠﺎم ﻣﯿﺪﻫﻨﺪ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ارزﺷﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ و ﮔﺮوه ﻫﺎي اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﻫﺮ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻗﺎﯾﻞ ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮﻧﺪ، ﭘﺎﯾﮕﺎه اﺟﻨﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﮔﻔﺘﻪ ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد. در اين ﻣﯿﺎن ﻣﻌﻠﻢ اﺳﺎﺳﺎ ﺑﻪ دﻟﯿﻞ ﻧﻮع ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﮐﻪ دارد و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻧﺤﻮه ي ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺑﺎ اﻓﺮاد اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ داراي ﭘﺎﯾﮕﺎﻫﯽ وﯾﮋه در ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ اﺳﺖ؛ كه در ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺳﺎﯾﺮ ﭘﺎﯾﮕﺎه ﻫﺎي ﻣﺸﺎﻏﻞ دﯾﮕﺮ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ و ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺳﺖ. آن ﭼﻪ ﮐﻪ در اﯾﻦ ﺟﺎ ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ و ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮفته اﺳﺖ ﻋﺒﺎرت اﺳﺖ: ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﭘﺎﯾﮕﺎه ﺷﻐﻞ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﯽ در ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺳﺎﯾﺮ ﻣﺸﺎﻏﻞ در ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﺴﺠﺪﺳﻠﯿﻤﺎن ". ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﮔﺬار ﺑﺮ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﻣﻨﺰﻟﺖ ﺷﻐﻞ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﯽ ﻧﯿﺰ ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖ آﻣﺎري اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ را 736 ﻧﻔﺮ از اوﻟﯿﺎء داﻧﺶ آﻣﻮزان ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ ﻣﯿﺪﻫﺪ. ﺑﺮاي اﻧﺠﺎم ﮐﺎر ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اي ﺑﺎ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺳﻮاﻻت ﺑﺎز و ﺑﺴﺘﻪ ﺑﺮاي آزﻣﻮن ﻫﺎ ﻓﺮﺿﯿﺎت ﺳﺎخته اﺳﺖ؛ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﺮاي ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺎه ﻣﻌﻠﻢ در ﺑﯿﻦ ﺳﺎﯾﺮ ﻣﺸﺎﻏﻞ، ﺳﯽ ﺷﻐﻞ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه ﺗﺎ ﺑﺎ دادن ﻧﻤﺮه ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺎه ﻣﺸﺎﻏﻞ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﺎ و ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺎه ﻣﻌﻠﻢ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﺎ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﺷﻮد. در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻓﺮﺿﯿﺎت در ﻧﻄﺮﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه ﮐﻪ در آﻧﻬﺎ راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﭘﺎﯾﮕﺎه اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ معلم ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ واﺑﺴﺘﻪ اﻣﮑﺎﻧﺎت ﻣﺎﻟﯽ، ﻣﺪرك ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ، رﺷﺘﻪ ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ، ﺟﻨﺴﯿﺖ، ﺳﻦ و ﺳﺎﺑﻘﻪ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ ﻣﻮرد ﺳﻨﺠﺶ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻌﺪ از ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ زﯾﺮ ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ: ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺎه ﻣﻌﻠﻤﯽ در ﺑﯿﻦ ﺳﺎﯾﺮ ﻣﺸﺎﻏﻞ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﺷﺪه در رﺗﺒﻪ ﻫﺸﺘﻢ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ و ﻣﻌﻠﻮم ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﮕﺎه اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﻣﻌﻠﻢ ﺑﺎ اﻣﮑﺎﻧﺎت ﻣﺎﻟﯽ، رﺷﺘﻪ ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ و ﻣﺪرك ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ ارﺗﺒﺎط ﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻢ دارد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺳﻦ، ﺟﻨﺲ و ﺳﺎﺑﻘﻪ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﭼﻨﺪاﻧﯽ در ﻣﯿﺰان ﭘﺎﯾﮕﺎه اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﻣﻌﻠﻢ ﻧﺪارد. ﭘﺲ از ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎد ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد ﺑﺮا ي اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﻨﺰﻟﺖ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﻣﻌﻠﻢ در ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﮐﺎﺳﺘﯽ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺎدي اﯾﻦ ﺷﻐﻞ در ﺣﺪ اﻣﮑﺎن ﺑﺮﻃﺮف ﺷﻮد، اﻣﻨﯿﺖ و ﺛﺒﺎت ﺷﻐﻠﯽ او ﺗﺎﻣﯿﻦ ﺷﻮد و ﻓﺮﺻﺖ ﻫﺎ و ﺑﻮرس ﻫﺎي ﻋﻠﻤﯽ در اﺧﺘﯿﺎر او ﻗﺮار ﮔﯿﺮد و اﻣﮑﺎﻧﺎت ارﺗﻘﺎء ﺳﻄﺢ ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻼت ﺑﺮاي او ﻓﺮاﻫﻢ ﺷﻮد.

The study also examines the factors influencing the teachers job status has been determined. In regard to the actives that people do in different social roles and also believes in the value of community and social groups for each are called social base. The teacher is primarily due to the type of job and also how to communicate with human subjects having base in the community. It can be studied and reviewed in comparison with other jobs. what is the study and research being: Assessment of teaching gob in compare with other gobs in the city of Masjed Soleiman”? Also in this study examines factors affecting the status of gob teaching also discussed. statistical population research 736 from student’s parents will form. To do a questionnaire with open and closed questions to tests the assumptions are made. an‎d also to determine the status of teacher between other gobs thirty gobs reviewed to give scores the other gabs standing general the teacher standing in especial will specified. In this study assumptions considered in which the relationship between social base of teacher as the dependent of teacher resources education profession gender age and history teaching experience as an independent variable has been evaluated. The following results were obtained from analysis of data: Teaching position in between other jobs were identified in the eighth rand turned: The social base of teacher with resources field of study and qualification is directly evaluated. Also determined by age sex and history teaching experience does not have much impact social rate. the results obtained is proposed to increase the social status of teachers in society to increase teacher job in living material short coming can be overcome his job security and stability and provide opportunities and exchange scientific and upgrading facilities improving the educational opportunities be provided for him.
