The Relationship of Family Labor Conflict with Marital Intimacy from the Viewpoint of Eastern Primary Teachers of Meandroud city of Mazandaran province

ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ راﺑﻄﻪ ﺗﻌﺎرض ﮐﺎر ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده ﺑﺎ ﺻﻤﯿﻤﯿﺖ زﻧﺎﺷﻮﯾﯽ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن دوره اﺑﺘﺪاﯾﯽ آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺪرود اﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﺎزﻧﺪران ﺑﻮد. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ از ﻧﻮع ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ را ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن رﺳﻤﯽ، ﭘﯿﻤﺎﻧﯽ، ﻗﺮاردادي دوره اﺑﺘﺪاﯾﯽ آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺪرود اﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﺎزﻧﺪران در ﺳﺎل ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ 1396 - 1395 در ﺑﺮ ﻣﯽ ﮔﯿﺮد ﮐﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد آﻧﻬﺎ 222 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻮد؛ ﮐﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 170 ﻧﻔﺮ ﻣﺘﺎﻫﻞ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺣﺠﻢ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﻣﻮرد ﻧﻈﺮ و ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺟﺪول ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن و ﮐﺮﺟﺴﯽ، ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ 115 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﺑﻪ ﺷﯿﻮه ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺧﻮﺷﻪ اي ﭼﻨﺪ ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ اي، ﺟﻬﺖ اﺟﺮاي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. اﺑﺰارﻫﺎي اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺗﻌﺎرض ﮐﺎر ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده ﮐﺎرﻟﺴﻮن ﻫﻤﮑﺎران، (2000) و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺻﻤﯿﻤﯿﺖ زﻧﺎﺷﻮﯾﯽ اوﻟﯿﺎء (1385) ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎي ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه از آزﻣﻮن ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﭘﯿﺮﺳﻮن و رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن ﭼﻨﺪ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮه و از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار Spss ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺷﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﮑﻮس ﺑﯿﻦ دو ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﺗﻌﺎرض ﮐﺎر -ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده ﺑﺎ ﺻﻤﯿﻤﯿﺖ زﻧﺎﺷﻮﯾﯽ وﺟﻮد دارد.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between work-family conflict with marital intimacy of elementary school teachers in Meandroud city of Mazandaran province. The research method is descriptive correlational. The study population in this study consists of formal, contractual, contractual, primary education teachers in the Meandroud city of Mazandaran province in the academic year 2016-2017, with a total of 5852 people, of whom 4270 are married. In this study, based on the size of the target population, and based on the Morgan and Krejcy tables, 351 teachers were selected through multistage cluster sampling. The instruments used in this research were Carlson et al. (2000) and Marriage Intimacy Questionnaire (2006). In this research, Pearson correlation and multivariate regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The results showed that the inverse relationship between the two variables of work-family conflict with marital intimacy has it.
