بررسي نقش دينداري در توسعه كارآمدي معلمان دبيرستان هاي اردبيل

Examining the role of religion in the efficient development of teachers

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي و شناسايي تأثير دينداري در توسعه كارآمدي معلمان دبيرستان هاي ناحيه يك اردبيل در سال تحصيلي 95-1394 اجرا شده است. از لحاظ هدف تحقيق از نوع كاربردي، از لحاظ نوع روش، توصيفي - همبستگي و از لحاظ روش گردآوري اطلاعات روش تحقيق ميداني است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش متشكل از كليه معلمان دبيرستان هاي ناحيه يك اردبيل مي باشد كه براي تعيين حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول مورگان تعداد 196 معلم با روش نمونه گيري تصادفي ساده انتخاب و مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند. به منظورگردآوري داده هاي مورد نياز، از پرسشنامه استاندارد دينداري گلاك و استارك و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته كارآمدي معلمان استفاده شده است. براي تحليل داده ها از نرم افزار آماري SPSS و براي تحليل فرضيه‌هاي تحقيق از ضريب رگرسيون تك متغيره و ضريب همبستگي پيرسون استفاده شد. نتايج بدست آمده از تحقيق حاكي از اين است كه دينداري در توسعه كارآمدي معلمان تأثير مثبت معني‌داري دارد. همچنين ضريب بتا نشان مي دهد كه دينداري 40 درصد تغييرات توسعه كارآمدي معلمان را پيش بيني مي كند.

This study aims to investigate and identify the influence of religion in the efficient development of teachers in high schools in the 1394-1395 school year in District One of Ardabil. In terms of the objective, the research was applied, in terms of the type of procedure, it was descriptive and correlational, and in terms of the data collection, the desired research method was fieldwork. The population included all teachers of high schools in Ardabil is amounting to 400 people. To determine the size of the sample, Morgan table was used and the sample size was 196 people who were selected by simple random sampling. In order to collect the required data, Glock and Stark's religiosity questionnaire and the teachers' self-made questionnaire was used. For data analysis, SPSS software and for the analysis of the hypothesis of the study the Univariate regression coefficient and the Pearson correlation coefficient was used. The results of the study indicated a significant positive effect of religiosity efficient in the development of high schools teachers in Ardabil. The beta coefficient indicated that religiosity could predict 40% of efficient development of teachers.
