چكيده فارسي :
يكي از راههاي دستيابي به توسعه پايدار روستايي جهت رسيدن به استانداردهاي بين المللي در توليد محصولات كشاورزي، به كارگيري صنايع تبديلي و تكميلي كشاورزي مي باشد. از طرفي مشخص كردن اولويت هاي برتر مكاني براي استقرار اين صنايع، يكي از عوامل مهم در برنامه ريزي جهت توسعه منطقه اي است. بدين منظور هدف از پژوهش حاضر اولويت بندي مكاني استقرار صنايع تبديلي كشاورزي در شهرستان رشت است كه داراي قطب هاي جمعيتي روستايي، منابع آب، اقليم مناسب و اراضي حاصل خيز و مستعد كشاورزي ميباشد. پژوهش از نظر هدف كاربردي و مبناي روش آن توصيفي– تحليلي است. اطلاعات با بهره گيري از مطالعات كتابخانه اي به دست آمده و تكيه اصلي بر مستندات آماري كشور بوده است. براي تحليل داده ها از مدل TOPSIS و جهت وزن دهي به شاخص هاي كشاورزي با توزيع پرسشنامه از نظرات 10 نفر از كارشناسان صنايع تبديلي بخش كشاورزي سازمان جهاد كشاورزي استان گيلان استفاده شده است.يافته هاي تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه از بين بخش هاي شهرستان رشت، بخش مركزي با امتياز نهايي(711/0)، به عنوان مساعدترين سايت و بخش هاي سنگر با امتياز نهايي (3/0)، خمام (247/0)، خشك بيجار (21/0)، لشت نشاء (167/0) و كوچصفهان با (133/0) در اولويت هاي بعدي جهت استقرار صنايع مذكور قرار گرفته اند. بر اين اساس، اگر سرمايه گذاريها و طرحهاي صنعتي در بخشهاي برتر به كار برده شود نتيجه مطلوب به همراه خواهد داشت.

One of the ways to achieve sustainable rural development is to achieve international standards for agricultural production, use of agricultural conversion and agricultural industries. One of the important factors in the planning of regional development is the identification of the priority areas for the establishment of these industries. For this purpose, the aim of the present research is to determine the location of the agricultural transformation industry in the city of Rasht, which has rural demographic poles, water resources, suitable climate, and agricultural and agricultural land. The research is based on the applied objective and its method is descriptive-analytical. Information was obtained from library studies and the main emphasis was on statistical analysis of the country. To analyze the data from TOPSIS model and to weigh the statistical indicators of agriculture by distributing the questionnaire, 10 experts from the agricultural sector of agriculture sector of Jihad-e-Agriculture Organization of Guilan province Has been. The research findings show that among the parts of the city of Rasht, the central section of the final (0/711) was considered as the most favorable site and Sangar with a final score of (0/3), khomam(0/247), ,khoshkbigar(0/21), lashtenesha (0/167), and Kochsfahan with (0/133) in the next priorities for the establishment of the abovementioned industries. Therefor,in the future ,capital should be use in the top sectors.
