بررسي و تحليل ميزان رضايتمندي شهروندان از عملكرد شهرداري و شوراي شهر

Investigation and Analysis of the Satisfaction Rate of the Citizens of the City Council of the Municipality and the Yield

مقاله حاضر با هدف تحليل و بررسي ميزان رضايتمندي شهروندان از عملكرد شهرداري و شوراي شهر در مديريت شهري و بر اساس يافته هاي حاصل از يك بررسي ميداني در شهر كاشان تهيه شده است كه ميزان رضايت شهروندان از اين سازمانها را در سه بعد مديريت شهري، يعني بعد اقتصادي، كالبدي – زيست محيطي و فرهنگي – اجتماعي مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار مي دهد. روش تحقيق و متدولوزي به كار رفته در اين تحقيق پيمايشي بوده و مطالعه ميداني آن با استفاده از ابزارهاي تحقيق ( مصاحبه و پرسشنامه ) صورت گرفته است. همچنين، جامعه آماري مورد مطالعه در اين تحقيق ساكنان شهر كاشان مي باشند كه به طور تصادفي تعداد 260 نمونه انتخاب شده و براي گردآوري اطلاعات، پرسشنامه بين آنها توزيع شده است. داده هاي گردآوري شده، از طريق نرم افزار SPSS مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفته اند. نتايج يافته ها حاكي از آن است كه ميزان رضايتمندي شهروندان از عملكرد شهرداري و شوراي شهر در سطح متوسط به بالا قرار دارد. نتايج به دست آمده از آزمون كاي اسكوئر نشان دهنده رضايتمندي بالاي شهروندان از عملكرد شهرداري در ابعاد فرهنگي و كالبدي و همچنين رضايتمندي متوسط در بعد اقتصادي مي باشد. همچنين براي بررسي تفاوت در ميزان رضايتمندي شهروندان منطقه يك و دو از عملكرد سازمانهاي مزبور از آزمون يومان ويتني استفاده شده است كه بجز در چند مورد تفاوت معناداري بين رضايتمندي اين دو منطقه وجود ندارد. از آزمون رگرسيون نيز جهت بررسي رابطه بين وضعيت اجتماعي – اقتصادي شهروندان (متغيير مستقل) و ميزان رضايتمندي از عملكرد شهرداري و شوراي شهر (متغيير وابسته) استفاده شده است كه نتايج نشان دهنده وجود تفاوت بين ميزان تحصيلات و سطح رضايتمندي و همچنين وجود رابطه بين سن و درآمد و رضايتمندي از عملكرد سازمان هاي مزبور مي باشد

The present article aims at analyzing and evaluation of citizens '' satisfaction of the performance of urban management is a municipality and city in the Council on the basis of the findings of a field study in Kashan is prepared of organizations citizens satisfaction in three dimensions of urban management، i.e. economic، physical dimension – social and cultural environment – the analysis of the case. The community was in this study is the inhabitants of the city of Kashan، the sample size formula and its relationship with Cochran have selected n-260. Data were analyzed using SPSS software using the forklift is carried out when the results of tests، test results showed a high satisfaction of the citizens of the municipality in the cultural and physical performance، and also in the middle of the economic satisfaction of. Also، in order to study the differences in the level of citizens '' satisfaction region one and two of these organizations yield yeoman Whitney test has been used except in a couple of significant differences between the two regions، there is no satisfaction. Regression tests for evaluation of the relationship between socio-economic performance of the satisfaction of citizens and municipality and City Council have been used which results indicates the differences between the educational level and the level of satisfaction، as well as the existence of the relationship between age and income variables and these organizations yield satisfaction may be fitted.
