اثربخشي نوروفيدبك در تركيب با بازي هاي شناختي بر كاهش علائم سلوك كودكان مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه/بيش فعالي

Effect of Neurofeedback in Combination with Games-Based Cognition on Reducing Conduct Symptoms in Children with Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder

اين پژوهش با هدف مطالعه اثربخشي نوروفيدبك با بازي­ هاي شناختي بر كاهش مشكلات سلوك كودكان مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه همراه با بيش­ف عالي صورت گرفت. روش پژوهش از نوع شبه ­آزمايشي با طرح پيش آزمون و پس ­آزمون با گروه كنترل بود. تعداد 20 نفر از دانش ­آموزان پسر مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه/بيش ­فعالي به شيوه نمونه ­گيري هدفمند در دو گروه آزمايش (ميانگين سني 10/2 و انحراف معيار 1/03) و كنترل (ميانگين سني 9/2 و انحراف معيار 0/91) به تصادف گمارده شدند. كليه آزمودني ­ها قبل و بعد از درمان با مقياس تشخيصي اختلال بيش ­فعالي- كم‌توجهي كودكان كانرز بزرگسالان (فرم والد و فرم معلم) در دو مرحله (پيش ­آزمون و پس­ آزمون) ارزيابي شدند. تحليل داده­ ها با آزمون تحليل كوواريانس بيانگر تغييرات نمرات شركت ­كنندگان از پيش ­آزمون به پس ­آزمون است. به نحوي كه آموزش نوروفيدبك در تركيب با بازي­ هاي شناختي باعث بهبود مشكلات سلوك كودكان مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه همراه با بيش ­فعالي شده است (0/01>P). اين تحقيق نشان داد كه ميانگين اندازه اثر 20 جلسه آموزش نوروفيدبك در تركيب با بازي­ هاي شناختي بر كاهش مشكلات سلوك به ميزان 37 درصد بوده است.

This research aims to study the effectiveness of neurofeedback with cognitive games on reducing conduct problems of children with attention deficit and hyperactivity. . The research method was quasi-experimental with a pretest-posttest design with the control group. For this purpose, 20 male students with attention deficit disorder with hyperactivity were randomly assigned by purposeful sampling in a experimental group (Mage=10.2, SD= 03.03) and a control group (Mage=9.2, SD= 0.91). All subjects were evaluated in two stages (pre-test and post-test) before and after the therapy via scale of ADHD-Adult Converge Children (Parent Form and Teacher's Form). The experimental group was evaluated to determine the treatment protocol for each individual by quantitative Electroencephalographic (QEEG). Data analysis with covariance analysis indicated that participants' scores change from pre-test to post-test in a way that neurofeedback training combined with cognitive games improves the behavioral problems of children with attention deficit disorder and hyperactivity (P<0.01). This study showed that the average effect size of 20 sessions of neurofeedback training in combination with cognitive games on reducing behavioral problems was 37%.
