چكيده فارسي :
زمينه و هدف: فضاي مجازي و استفاده از ابزارهاي نوين ارتباطي ناشي از آن، يكي از ضروريات مسلم زندگي در عصر انفجار اطلاعات است. فضاي مجازي و به طور خاص شبكه‌هاي اجتماعي نقش پررنگي در دنياي امروز دارند و نمي‌توان آنها را ناديده گرفت. شبكه‌هاي اجتماعي بر ابعاد مختلف زندگي فردي و اجتماعي افراد و در سطح كشورها و حتي بين‌الملل تاثيرگذارند. اين رسانه‌ها، هويت و فردي و اجتماعي، شيوه و آداب زندگي، عادات مصرف و غيره را در مقايسه با رسانه‌هاي پيش از خود، دگرگون ساخته است. فضاي مجازي از يك‌سو ساختارهاي فرهنگي، اجتماعي و امنيتي ملت‌ها را با تهديد متوجه ساخته و از سويي ديگر فرصت‌هاي ارزشمندي را براي معرفي قابليت‌هاي جوامع فراهم نموده است. با نگرش به وظايف ذاتي نيروي انتظامي و نقش برجسته آن در تثبيت نظم و امنيت در جامعه، شبكه‌هاي اجتماعي و تهديدهاي موجود در فضاي مجازي مي‌تواند عملكرد كاركنان ناجا را در ماموريت‌ها و انجام وظايف محول شده تحت تاثير قرار دهد. اين پژوهش قصد دارد با ارايه چارچوب نظري ضمن بررسي برخي از مفاهيم از قبيل امنيت و فضاي مجازي، به شناسايي تهديدهاي موثر اين حوزه بر امنيت داخلي ناجا بپردازد و با ارايه راهكارهاي موثر به وضعيت پايداري نسبي امنيت داخلي ناجا كمك نمايد.
روش‌شناسي: تحقيق حاضر به لحاظ هدف، «كاربردي» و از نظر روش، «توصيفي» و بر پايه مطالعه كتابخانه‌اي بوده كه براي جمع‌آوري اطلاعات از مقاله‌ها و پژوهش‌هاي انجام شده به تعاريف نظري پرداخته شده است.
يافته‌ها و نتيجه‌گيري: تحقيق حاضر با طرح ديدگاه‌هاي مقام معظم رهبري(مدظله‌العالي) و انديشه‌ها و ديدگاه‌هاي صاحب‌نظران حوزه فضاي مجازي و شبكه‌هاي اجتماعي، ابتدا با بيان فرصت‌ها و تهديدهاي اين حوزه در عصر كنوني؛ به دغدغه‌هاي امنيتي ناشي از عضويت كاركنان ناجا در فضاي مجازي و تهديدها و آسيب‌هايي كه كاركنان و در راس امنيت داخلي ناجا را تهديد مي‌كند مي‌پردازد و حفاظت اطلاعات ناجا را به‌عنوان يك سازمان تامين كننده امنيت داخلي ناجا، ملزم مي‌داند كه با ارايه راهكارهاي مناسب و پيشگيرانه و بر پايه روش‌هاي نوين آموزش و آگاه‌سازي و نه فقط با اعمال محدوديت و خودداري از عضويت كاركنان ناجا در شبكه‌هاي اجتماعي، به وظيفه صيانتي خود عمل نمايد.

Background and Aim: Basically, virtual space and the use of modern communication tools are one of the essential requirements of life in the era of information explosion. Cyberspace and, in particular, social networks play a significant role in todayʹs world and cannot be ignored. Social networks affect the various dimensions of individual and social life of individuals, both at the national and international levels. These media, identity and individual and social, life style and habits, consumption habits, etc., have changed in comparison with the media before. On the one hand, cyber security, social and security structures have identified nations as threatening and, on the other hand, have provided valuable opportunities for introducing community capabilities. By looking at the inherent duties of the law enforcement and its prominent role in consolidating the order and security of the society, social networks and threats in the cyberspace can influence the performance of NAJA staff in missions and assigned duties. This study aims to identify the effective threats of this area to the security of the Naja and provide effective solutions to the relative stability of NAJAʹs internal security by presenting the theoretical framework while examining some concepts such as security and cyberspace.
Methodology: The present study was "applied" in terms of purpose, "descriptive", and based on a library study that has been used to collect information from articles and researches done on theoretical definitions.
Findings and Conclusion: The present study, with the presentation of the views of the Supreme Leader and the ideas and views of the experts of the field of cyberspace and social networks, firstly outlining the opportunities and threats of this field in the present era, the security concerns of the NAJA staff members Cyberspace and the threats and harms that threaten the staff at the head of NAJAʹs internal security, and the NAJAʹs protection of information as a NAJAʹs internal security provider requires that it provides appropriate and preventive strategies based on modern education and awareness-raising techniques.
