بررسي الگوي رقابت قدرتها در درياي خزر

A Survey of Powers Competition Pattern in Caspian Sea

پس از فروپاشي اتحاد جماهير شوروي، به سبب تغيير در ساختار نظام جهاني و نيز تغيير در جغرافياي سياسي منطقۀ خزر، شرايط ژئوپوليتيك جديدي بر اين منطقه حاكم شد. از يك سو، با ظهور كشورهاي تازه استقلال يافتۀ شوروي در اطراف اين دريا، جغرافياي سياسي منطقه دچار تغيير شده و به تبع روابط ژئوپوليتيك منطقه نيز شكلي جديد به خود گرفت. از سويي ديگر، فروپاشي اتحاد جماهير شوروي به افزايش تلاشهاي ايالات متحده براي سلطه به مناطق تحت نفوذ شوروي سابق منجر شد. تلاش گسترده قدرتهاي فرامنطقه اي؛ به ويژه ايالات متحده امريكا به منظور نفوذ و در نهايت، سلطه بر منطقه؛ و نيز اقدامات قدرتهاي ساحلي و منطقه اي، به منظور دستيابي به منافع خود در خزر و جلوگيري از شكل گيري نظام تك قطبي به رهبري امريكا؛ صحنه اي از رقابت را در منطقۀ خزر سبب گرديد. اينكه اين رقابتها چه فضايي را در منطقۀ خزر ايجاد كرده است، سؤال اصلي پژوهش حاضر است. اين پژوهش با روش كتابخانه اي و ميداني و رويكردي توصيفي - تحليلي به دنبال دستيابي به الگوي رقابت قدرتها در منطقۀ خزر است و در نهايت، در الگويي از فضاي رقابت در منطقه، عوامل موجد رقابت، قدرتهاي درگير در اين منطقه و فضاي حاصل از اين رقابتها را ارائه مي كند.

Following the collapse of the Soviet :union: due to changes in the structure of global system and political geography of the region, a new geopolitical situation was created in the region. On one hand, with the emergence of the newly independent countries of the Soviet :union:, around the sea, the political geography of the region has changed and consequently, a new form of geopolitical relations was created in the region. On the other hand, the collapse of the Soviet :union:, led to the United States increase its efforts for dominating the areas of Soviet influence. In order to influence and eventually dominate the region, extensive efforts of trans-regionalpowers was made, particularly by the United States of America as well as the actions of coastal and regional powers to get their interests in the Caspian and prevent the formation of a unipolar system that is led by America; made a space of competition in the Caspian region. The main question of the research is that, what space is created by the competitions in the Caspian region. This research with library and survey method and approach of Cross – sectional is Seeks to achieve a competition powers model in the Caspian region.
