وضعيت سنجي سياست هاي اقتصادي فضا با رويكرد ژئوپليتيك شهري (نمونه ي موردي؛ شهرستان هاي استان فارس)

(Assessment of the Political Economy of Space from the perspective of Urban Geopolitics (Case Study: Counties of Fars Province

ژئوپليتيك شهري با تاكيد بر سياست ­گذاري­ هاي اقتصادي در شهر، در پي بررسي و مطالعه­ ي نقش ابعاد سياسي در پديده‌هاي جغرافيايي يك شهر است. سياست­ هاي اقتصادي در يك شهر، مي­تواند زواياي مختلفي از شيوه‌هاي مديريت و سياست را بازنمايي كند. به­ گونه­ اي كه با توجه رويكرد ژئوپليتيك شهري، مي­توان پراكنش كيفيت شاخص‌هاي اقتصادي در يك شهر را در چارچوب عدالت اجتماعي يا فضايي مشخص كرد. پژوهش حاضر، با چنين هدفي به بررسي چگونگي پراكنش توسعه در مقياس استان فارس پرداخته است. از ميان شاخص‌هاي توسعه در بخش اقتصاد سياسي، زيرساخت ­ها و امكانات بهداشتي- درماني برگزيده شده است تا چگونگي پراكنش و توسعه ­ي آن در مقياس شهرستان­ هاي استان فارس (14 شهرستان منتخب) مقايسه شود. روش مطالعه در اين پژوهش، علي- مقايسه ­اي بوده و از تكنيك­ هاي تصميم ­گيري چندمعياره، همچون روش شباهت به گزينه­ ي ايده ­آل (TOPSIS)، تحليل سلسله مراتبي (AHP) و روش تحليل خوشه­ اي استفاده شده است. نتايج اين پژوهش نشان از آن دارد كه محروميتي نسبي در مقياس استان فارس از نظر برخورداري از شاخص‌هاي توسعه ­ي بهداشتي-درماني به چشم مي­آيد و پراكنش فضايي امكانات نيز چندان با توان و نياز جمعيتي شهرستان­ هاي اين استان، همخوان و همگن نيست؛ چنانكه شهرستان شيراز به عنوان مركز سياسي استان، برخوردارترين شهرستان از نظر شاخص­ توسعه­ به­ شمار مي­رود و اختلاف نسبتاً چشم­ گيري با ديگر شهرستان ­ها دارد.

One of sociology's original and most fundamental questions is: how does the city shape social life? The answer provided by urban political economy is: as a mechanism in the accumulation of wealth, with all the power and inequality that results. “Political economy” generally refers to the scholarly paradigm that examines how material processes of production and exchange shape and are shaped by decisions made in economic and political institutions; with “urban,” this concern centers around material production of and within cities. Since the 1970s, urban political economy has influenced the field of urban sociology, bringing insights from other disciplines – particularly social geography (with its conceptualization of social space and place) and political science (the focus on government and law) – while retaining sociology's social constructionist framework. Sociology provides an especially hospitable discipline for urban political economy's investigation of the ways in which the city's economic and political relations cohere and evolve across institutional, legal, and territorial domains.
