بررسي تأثير ويژگي‌هاي تفكيك اراضي شهري در بافت‌هاي متفاوت بر سيما و منظر شهري

Investigating impact of urban land subdivision characteristics in different contexts on urban landscape

سطح قابل‌توجهي از تغيير و تحولات فكري و فرهنگي جامعه از طريق زوال زيبايي در سيما و منظر شهري و محيط پيرامون برانگيخته شده است. نماهاي ساختماني كه سيماي دو بعدي شهر را مي‌سازند، از دو ديدگاه متخصصان و منظر عمومي بسيار مورد توجه قرار مي‌گيرد. بنابراين سيما و منظر بي‌اصالت در يك شهر، آن را به محيطي عام و بي‌هويت تبديل مي‌كند. بدين‌صورت بحث زيبايي‌شناسي در طراحي منظر شهري بسيار مورد توجه است چنانكه به‌عنوان يك ديدگاه جهاني در طراحي شهري نمود زمين تا سيماي دو بعدي نهايي، منظر شهري را دچار مشكل كرده است. در سال‌هاي اخير شاهد تفكيك بلوك‌ها به قطعات كوچك هستيم كه اين امر در نهايت باعث به وجود آوردن سيما و منظر شهري نامناسب و بدون هارموني، كمپوزسيون، تقارن و ..... و همچنين عدم سنخيت با تاريخ هويت شهر شده است. عدم ايجاد قوانين مدون براي طراحي بافت‌هاي شهري، معضلي است كه گريبان گير شهرهاي ايران شده است، كه با ساخت نماهاي گوناگون و ناهمگن با مصالح وارداتي در كنار بافت‌هاي تاريخي آشفتگي و هرج‌ومرج را در سيما و منظر شهري به اوج مي‌رساند. بنابراين در پژوهش حاضر به بررسي تأثير نوع تفكيك زمين بر سيما و منظر شهري در بافت‌هاي داراي تيپومورفولوژي متفاوت، به منظور ارتقاء كيفي مصاديق، از طريق تدوين معيارهاي زيبايي‌شناختي و برنامه‌ريزي‌هاي شهري در سيما و منظر شهري، پرداخت شده است. نتايج نشان داده، كه براي ايجاد محيط‌هاي داراي سيما و منظر شهري با هويت، استفاده از اصول و معيارهاي طراحي زيبايي شناسانه و تدوين قوانين و مقررات تفكيك مناسب به خوبي به ارتقاي كيفيت محيط به لحاظ زيبايي‌شناختي، رواني و مهم‌تر از همه بهبود وضعيت سيما و منظر شهري كمك مي‌كند.

A great part of intellectual and cultural changes have been arisen through aesthetic deterioration in the urban landscape and suburbs. Building's façade which shapes two-dimensional landscapes have received great attention in professionals and public viewpoints. So a routine landscape in urban makes urban as anonymous. In recent years separating the blocks into small pieces that would eventually lead to the creation of radio and urban landscape inappropriate and without harmony, symmetry and identity..... and lack of compatibility with the history of the city. Lack of codified rules for the design of urban tissue, is a problem that has spread in many cities in Iran so that along with diverse and heterogeneous views with imported materials in the historical context exacerbates turmoil and chaos in the urban landscape. This paper examines the effect of land subdivision on urban landscape in the context of a different type typo-morphology, in order to improve the quality of components through aesthetic and urban planning criteria in the urban landscape. The results showed that to create environments with urban landscape and indemnity, using the principles and aesthetic design criteria and regulating appropriate subdivision laws and regulations helps improving quality of the environment aesthetically, psychologically and most importantly improves the urban landscape.
