برنامه توسعه كالبدي لبه‌هاي شهري با تأكيد بر الگوهاي اسلامي – ايراني نمونه موردي: بزرگراه شهيد كاظمي تهران

The physical development programs of urban edges, with emphasis on Islamic patterns – Iranian Case Study: Shahid Kazemi Highway in Tehran

هدف پژوهش حاضر ارتقا كيفي ورودي و لبه‌هاي بزرگراه شهيد كاظمي تهران با تأكيد بر ارزش‌هاي ايراني - اسلامي مي­باشد كه اين هدف بر اساس اسناد طرح­هاي فرادست و معيارهاي پايداري در برنامه­ريزي و طراحي محيط هماهنگ با مقررات شهرسازي، توسعه فيزيكي شهرها، دوري از طبيعت و قطع رابطه انسان را با محيط زيست طبيعي موجب مي­شود. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف كاربردي و به روش‌شناسي از نوع توصيفي- تحليلي است. در اين پژوهش در بدو امر به كندكاو در تعاريف و مفاهيم سيما و منظر شهري و معرفي اهداف پژوهش، حركت ناظر و ادراك آن با هدف استخراج معيارها و شاخص‌هاي مرتبط با مبادي ورودي شهر پرداخته كه نتايج آن در قالب معيارهاي اصلي و شاخص‌هاي آن­ها مشخص مي­گردد. پس از استخراج متغيرها و معيارهاي مرتبط، شناخت كيفيات بصري به وسيله برداشت­هاي ميداني و تصاوير گرفته شده از سايت انجام گرديد تا اين متغيرها تدقيق گردند. پژوهش حاضر بر روي كليدي­‌ترين لبه‌هاي ورودي ‌بزرگراه شهيد كاظمي واقع در منطقه 19 تهران انجام مي‌گيرد. در حوزه تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها، پس از شناسايي متغيرها، بر روي محدوده موردنظر از طريق عكس­هاي هوايي و توليد نقشه امكان­سنجي شده و از اين طريق تحليل و تفسير انجام گرفته است. سرانجام نيز بر اساس تحليل موقعيت محدوده مورد نظر بر اساس متغيرهاي موردنظر، پيشنهاداتي در اين زمينه مطرح گرديده است.

This study aims to improve the quality of input and edges of Shahid Kazemi Highway of Tehran with emphasis on Islamic values _ Iranian that this aim according to documents outreach plan and sustainability criteria in planning and design compliance with Urban, causing to cut the physical development of cities, stay away from nature and diplomatic relations between man and the natural environment. The purpose and the methodology of this study is descriptive-analytic. In this study in beginning to explores the definitions and concepts of urban landscape and research objectives and moving observer and its perception with the aim of extracting criteria and indicators associated with the city's entry points that this results determine with their main criteria and indicators. After extraction variables and related standards, understanding the visual qualities done with field data and photos taken from the site that they are to be reviewed. This study on the key highway entrance edge of Shahid Kazemi Highway in Tehran's 19th District. In the field of data analysis, after identifying variables upon this district, Feasibility through aerial photos and production map and in this way the analysis was conducted. Finally, the recommendations in this regard has been raised based on analysis of the position of the target range based on variables.
