هدف اصلي تحقيق حاضر شناسايي و رتبه بندي عوامل مؤثر بر كسب مزيت رقابتي در بندركاوه قشم است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، كاربردي و از نظر ماهيت و روش اكتشافي و از نظر بعد زمان، مقطعي است. روش تحقيق كيفي با رويكرد زمينه‌اي يا گراند تئوري است. بر اساس روش نمونه گيري هدفمند و معيار اشباع نظري تعداد 40 نفر از مديران و كارشناسين گمركات شهيد رجايي و باهنر، بندر كاوه، اداره بنادر و دريانوردي هرمزگان، اداره استاندارد و تحقيقات صنعتي در اين مطالعه شركت كردند. داده‌هاي تحقيق با استفاده از تكنيك مصاحبه باز گردآوري و با توجه به رويكرد زمينه‌اي، از طريق كدگذاري در سه مرحله، كد گذاري باز، كدگذاري محوري و كدگذاري انتخابي، كدگذاري گرديده‌اند و درنهايت قالب الگوي ساختاري سيستم ترسيم و ارائه شده است. نتايج حاصل از تحليل داده‌ها نشان داد عوامل مؤثر بر كسب مزيت رقابتي در بندركاوه قشم عبارتند از توسعه و تقويت زيرساخت‌ها و شبكه‌هاي فني و نرم افزاري، تبليغات كارآمد ملي و بين المللي، سرمايه گذاري جهت توسعه زير ساختهاي مدرن، حمايت از سرمايه گذاري و مشاركت بخش خصوصي، بهينه سازي عمليات داخلي و مكانيابي اقتصادي تجهيزات و تاسيسات و دستگاهها، پشتيباني فني مستمر از شبكه‌هاي گمرك، الگوسازي از موفقيتهاي رقباي تجاري و اصلاح نقاط ضعف بندر، تخصيص بودجه ويژه در حوزه منابع انساني و آموزش و خلاقيت كاركنان و مديران. نهايتاً بر اساس نتايج، راهكارهايي در خصوص بهبود مؤلفه‌هاي مؤثر بر كسب مزيت رقابتي در بندركاوه قشم ارائه گرديد.

This study aims at identifying and ranking the factors affecting competitive advantage in Kaveh Customs Island of GHESHM. Study the purpose and the nature and heuristic and the next time, cross-sectional. Qualitative research methods underlying approach or grand theory. Based on purposive sampling and theoretical saturation criterion of 40 managers and Experts martyr RAJAEE and BAHONAR Customs, KAVEH Port, HORMOZGAN Ports and Maritime Administration, the Bureau of Standards and Industrial Research participated in this study. The data is collected by using interview techniques and the context of the underlying, through coded in three stages, open coding, axial coding and selective coding have been coded. The results of data analysis showed that factors affecting competitive advantage in Kaveh Port Qeshm is Developing and strengthening technical and software infrastructure and networks, national and international efficient advertising. Investing in the development of modern infrastructure, support for investment and private sector participation, economic optimization of internal operations and location of electrical equipment and installations. Customs continuous technical support of networks, modeling of business competitor’s success and improving the weaknesses port, especially in the field of human resources and training appropriations and creativity of employees and managers. Finally, based on the results, the mechanism for improving the factors affecting competitive advantage in Qeshm Bndrkavh were presented.
