Analysis of the Impact of God's Will on Collective Efforts and the Conceptology of Organizational Blessing

كسب منافع حداكثري از منابع حداقلي اعم از فيزيكي، مالي و فكري يكي از مهم‌ترين اهداف پژوهشي و اجرايي مديريت بوده و هست. اكثر تحقيقات صورت گرفته در اين زمينه با اجتناب از متافيزيك مسائل مديريت را صرفاً از منظر عوامل مادي مورد بررسي قرار داده‌اند. اين در حالي است كه آموزه‌هاي ديني و شواهد عملي نشان مي‌دهد كه اين تنها اراده انسان نيست كه بر تلاش‌هايش اثر مي‌گذارد؛ بلكه عوامل غيرمادي ديگر و در صدر آن‌ها اراده الهي كه محيط بر همه اراده‌هاست نيز در جميع امور جريان و تأثير دارد. اين پژوهش بر اساس روش كتابخانه‌اي و تحليل توصيفي-استنباطي علاوه بر ارائه شواهد اين مدعا به دنبال تبيين تأثير اراده الهي در سازمان است. براي اين منظور ميزان و نوع اراده الهي تحت تأثير دو عامل خدا‌خواهي انسان و مشيت الهي در قالب يك الگوي مفهومي تبيين شده و ساير عوامل محيطي و خارج از اراده انسان به‌عنوان واسطه‌هاي اجراي اراده الهي در نظر گرفته مي‌شود؛ بنابراين ادعا مي‌شود به هر ميزان كه اهداف سازمان و مديريت در راستاي بندگي خدا باشد خداوند تبارك‌وتعالي بيشتر سررشته امور سازمان را بر عهده گرفته و بر اساس مشيتش در امور دخالت مي‌فرمايند كه از آن به بركت در عرصه سازمان تعبير شده است. در نهايت بر اساس قرآن و روايات زمينه‌هايي كه موجب نزول بركت در فعاليت‌هاي سازماني مي‌شود، ارائه مي‌‌گردد.

Gaining maximum benefits from limited resources including physical, intellectual and financial is one of the main objectives of the researchers and managers. Most of the research done in this area has overlooked metaphysics and has exclusively studied organizational issues in terms of material factors. However, both religious instructions and practical evidence show that human will is not the only factor that affects his efforts and non-material factors and God's will par excellence are at work. Based on descriptive analysis and library studies this paper is seeking to explain the impact of God's will on the organization. For this purpose, the degree and type of God's will, which arises from human God-seeking nature and Divine Providence, is explained within a conceptual pattern, and other peripheral factors or the ones outside the realm of human will act as intermediaries in the hand of Divine Providence. Thus it is claimed that God will bestow His assistance upon the organization based on the extent of the latter's willingness to serve Him; a condition which is referred to as organizational blessing. Finally, the conditions leading to receive those blessings have been extracted from the Quran and Hadiths.
