Comparing and contrasting the central self-evaluations and the captivation related to jobs in Teachers special education and general education

مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقايسه خودارزشيابي هاي مركزي ? بمعناي يك ارزيابي كه فرد از ارزشمندي، توانمنديها و كفايت هايش به عمل مي آورد - وشيفتگي مرتبط با كار -بمعناي انگيزش دروني به انجام، درگيري و لذت بردن از كار- در معلمان آموزش ويژه و عادي بود. جامعه آماري شامل كليه معلمان مدارس آموزش ويژه و عادي شهرستان قم بود و نمونه اي از معلمان مدارس آموزش ويژه و عادي (40 نفر معلم مدارس آموزش ويژه و 40 نفر معلم مدارس عادي) انتخاب گرديد. ابزار جمع آوري داده پرسشنامه ها مشتمل بر مقياس هاي خودارزشيابي هاي مركزي جوج و شيفتگي مرتبط با كار باكر بود. تجزيه و تحليل داده ها با استفاده از روش هاي آماري تحليل واريانس چند متغيره و آمار توصيفي انجام شد. نتايج حاصل از پژوهش مبين آن بود كه بين معلمان مدارس آموزش ويژه و معلمان مدارس عادي در مولفه خودارزشيابي هاي مركزي وشيفتگي مرتبط با كار تفاوت معنادار (p<0/001) وجود دارد،كه در اين بين معلمان مدارس آموزش ويژه نمره پايين تري داشته اند. با توجه به نتايج بدست آمده همواره شناسايي راه هاي ارتباط و يادگيري دانش آموزان آموزش ويژه براي معلمانشان از موارديست كه مي بايست مورد پشتيباني و ارايه خدمات تخصصي واقع شود

The present research aims to compare and contrast the central self-evaluations- Which mean that the person is an assessment of the value، capabilities and provides its adequacy- and the captivations related to jobs- Means the intrinsic motivation to do the work involved and enjoy- in Teachers special education and general education. in a descriptive and segmental study، the central self-evaluations and the captivations related to jobs are compared and contrasted in normal teachers and exceptional students` teachers (40 Teachers special education and general education teachers); teachers are homogenized in terms of degree، experience، educational grade، marital status and settlement. The participants are sampled simple-randomly. Data-collecting instruments are a questionnaire containing demographic specifications and Bakker`s questions of central self-evaluations and captivations related to jobs. Analyzing data is done using the analysis of multi-variable variance and descriptive statistics. The results demonstrate there is a meaningful difference between normal teachers and exceptional students` teachers in the factors of central self-evaluations and captivations related to jobs (p<0/001); exceptional students` teachers performed poorly .According to the results، Always identify ways of communication and learning for teachers of students in special education are things that should be supported، and professional services.
