مطالعه ويژگي هاي آناتومي برگ و ساقه 9 گونه از جنس Lonicera از تيره Caprifoliaceae در ايران

Anatomical characteristics of the leaves and stems of 9 species of the genus Lonicera from Caprifoliaceae family in Iran

جنس Lonicera از تيره ي شوند (Caprifoliaceae) درايران با 9 گونه معرفي شده است. هدف از اين تحقيق، بررسي و مقايسه ساختار تشريحي ساقه و برگ در گونه هاي جنس Lonicera و ارزيابي اين صفات تشريحي در تاكسونومي اين جنس است. در اين پژوهش، براي مطالعه ساختار تشريحي گونه ها، ابتدا نمونه هاي گياهي جمع آوري شدند.سپس روش برش گيري دستي و رنگ آميزي در آزمايشگاه انجام شد.پس از رنگ آميزي، ازسطح مقطع برش ها لام تهيه شد. جهت تصوير برداري از ساختار تشريحي برگ و ساقه ازميكروسكوپ نوري استفاده گرديد. نتايج نشان داد اگر چه صفات تشريحي مختلف برگ و ساقه در بين گونه ها متغير بود اما به نظرمي رسد صفات تشريحي ساقه و برگ بيشتر درحد جنس متمايز كننده بود و اين توانايي را به تنهايي در بين هر يك از اين گونه ها نداشت. استفاده همزمان صفات تشريحي در كنار ديگر صقات تاكسونوميكي مي تواند امكان تشخيص مرز دقيق بين گونه ها را در اين جنس فراهم كند.صفات تشريحي براي هر گونه به صورت مجزا شرح داده شده است تصاوير رنگي براي هر گونه، همچنين صفات جدا كننده گونه ها ارائه شده است.

The genus Lonicera (Caprifoliaceae), introduce with 9 species in Iran. The main purpose of this study was to analyze leaf and stem anatomical characters of the members of the genus Lonicera and also evaluating the systematical efficiency of these features. In this study, collected the plant samples to study the anatomical structure of the species, Then used method of cutting and colouring manually at the laboratory. In this study, used light microscope for imaging the anatomical structure of the leaves and stems.Although were considered of various anatomical characters differences between species bu t it seem anatomically character could not distinct exact boundaries between the species .The results obtained from this research confirmes usefulness this characters for identification of the genus. Species could not separate from each other by means of anatomical characters Concurrent use anatomical trait with other taxonomical character could possible distinct exact boundaries between the species . In addition to providing anatomical photos of the species and the species distinguishing characters were presented.
