تعيين رابطه بين سبك هاي دل بستگي و رضايتمندي زناشويي با شاخص عملكرد جنسي در زنان

Determining the Relationship between Styles of Devotion and Espousal Satisfaction by the Index of Sexual Functioningof Women

پژوهش حاضر به بررسي رابطه بين سبك هاي دل بستگي و رضايتمندي زناشويي با شاخص عملكرد جنسي در زنان مي پردازد. روش پژوهش از نوع هم بستگي است و 200 نمونه آماري به روش تصادفي خوشه اي از ميان كليه زنان مراجعه كننده به مراكز بهداشت شهر تهران در سال 1393-1394 در اين پژوهش شركت داده شدند. براي جمع آوري داده ها از پرسش نامه هاي سبك هاي دل بستگي (AAI)، پرسش نامه رضايتمندي زناشويي (ENRICH)، و پرسش نامه شاخص عملكرد جنسي روزن (FSFI) استفاده شد. داده ها به روش ضريب هم بستگي پيرسون و تحليل رگرسيون چندمتغيره به روش گام به گام تحليل شد. يافته هاي اين پژوهش نشان داد بين سبك دل بستگي ايمن و رضايت مندي زناشويي با عملكرد جنسي در زنان رابطه مثبت معناداري وجود دارد (r = /245)، و بين سبك هاي دل بستگي ناايمن اجتنابي و ناايمن دوسوگرا با عملكرد جنسي در زنان رابطه معكوس و معناداري وجود دارد (r = -285، r = -287). هم چنين رضايت زناشويي با شاخص عملكرد جنسي رابطه مستقيم معناداري دارد (r = /222). بر اين اساس، سبك دل بستگي ايمن و دوسوگرا بيش ترين قدرت پيش بيني شاخص عملكرد جنسي را دارند، اما زنان با سبك دل بستگي ايمن و احساس رضايت مندي زناشويي بالا بيش از سايرين از عملكرد جنسي مناسب در روابط با همسران برخوردارند.

The present research surveys the relationship between styles of devotion and espousal satisfaction by the index of sexual functioning of women. The research method devised here is correlational.Two hundred women referring to a health centre in Tehran in 1393 and 1394 were selected via random-cluster sampling. The data was gathered from the questioners on the styles of devotion and attachment (AAI), espousal satisfaction questioners (ENRICH), and the questioner of the index of sexual functioning of women(FSFI). The data was analysed by Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regressionsstep by step analysis. The findings of this study show that there is a positive meaningful relationship between the safe devotion and attachment style and espousal satisfaction and women sexual functioning (r=0/245). Also there is a reverse and meaningful relationship between the unsafe avoidableattachment styles and unsafe and ambivalent styles and women sexual functioning (r=-285, r=-247). Furthermore, espousal satisfaction has a direct meaningful relationship with the index of sexual index (r=/222). As a consequence, safe and ambivalent attachments have the most predictive power regarding the index of sexual functioning. However, women who have the safe attachment style and high espousal satisfactionenjoy an appropriate sexual functioning in their relationship with their husbands
