تجزيه و تحليل فرهنگي تصاوير كتاب زبان انگليسي پاية هفتم از منظر دانش آموزان ترك، فارس، و كرد (كرمانج)

The Cultural Analysis of Pictures of "Prospect 1" from the Viewpoint of Turkish, Persian, and Kurdish (Kormanj) Students

كتاب زبان انگليسي (پاية هفتم) كتابي است كه به تازگي براي فراگيران زبان انگليسي طراحي و منتشر شده است. هدف نويسندگان بومي كردن محتوا، شكل، و تصاوير اين كتاب بر اساس فرهنگ ايراني است. هدف اين تحقيق تجزيه و تحليل تصاوير كتاب از منظر دانش آموزان ترك، فارس، و كرد (كرمانج ) است. ابزار استفاده شده در اين تحقيق پرسش نامه است كه از طريق محققان طراحي و اعتباربخشي شده و شامل مصاحبه اي نيمه آزاد (semi-structured) است . 182 دانش آموز ( 77 دانش آموز ترك، 57 دانش آموز فارس، و 48 دانش آموز كرد) در اين تحقيق شركت كردند. با استفاده از آزمون خي دو و تجزيه و تحليل نتايج نشان داده شد كه برخي از تصاوير به درستي انتخاب نشده اند و تفاوت هايي در فهم، تفسير معنا، و هدف آن تصاوير در دانش آموزان ديده شد. مي توان اين گونه نتيجه گيري كرد كه به هنگام انتخاب تصاوير بهتر است به خرده فرهنگ هاي ايراني هم توجه شود.

"Prospect 1" is a newly designed and published book for English learners at high schools in Iran. The authors’ aim has been to localize the content, form, and pictures of the book based on the Iranian culture. In particular, the purpose of this study was to analyze the pictures of the book from the point of views of Turkish, Persian, and Kurdish (Kormanj) students. The instruments used in the study were a questioner designed and validated by the researchers and a semi-structured interview. One hundred eighty two subjects (48 Kurdish, 77 Turkish, and 57 Persian students) were chosen as the participants of the study. Using Chi square, the analysis of the results showed that some pictures were not appropriately selected and the learners showed differences in understanding and interpreting the meaning and purposes of these pictures. It was concluded that when selecting pictures, it is better to consider sub cultures in Iran, too.
