Schmidt and the political: Reconstruction of the controversial portrait

محور اصلي مقاله حاضر نقد و بررسي كتاب مفهوم امر سياسي اثر كارل اشميت است كه توسط سهيل صفاري ترجمه و نشر نگاه معاصر آن را به زيور طبع اراسته است. در مقاله حاضر تلاش خواهد شد ضمن معرفي كتاب مفهوم امر سياسي، نقد و ارزيابي شكلي و محتوايي آن در دستور كار قرار گيرد. اين كه مسئله يا به عبارتي، دغدغه و محور فكريِ او چيست؟ چه مسئله‌ اي او را برانگيخته تا تعمق و تفكر ذهنيِ خود را به صورت يك نظريه سياسي به رشته تحرير درآورد؟ نويسنده چه هدفي را در اين اثر دنبال مي‌ كند؟ توجه به زمينه هاي كاتوليكي تربيت (و شيفتگي نسبت به قدرت كليساي كاتوليك در عصر بيسمارك)، در كنار آموزش هاي حقوقي (تحقق حقوق به عنوان رسالت دولت) و شكل گيري تجارب تاريخي مختلفي كه در ميانة يأس (خشم ناشي از وضعيت آلمان تحقير شدة بين دو جنگ) و اميد (نيرومند ساختن رژيم وايمار و امكان بازسازي امر سياسي)، حوزه هاي اصلي نقادي و انديشه پردازي اشميت را در رابطه با نسبت سياست و اخلاق، ليبراليسم و دموكراسي و شكل مدرن ساختار سياسي در قالب دولت شكل داده است.

The main focus of the present article reviews the book by Carl Schmitt's concept of political will by translating and publishing in Persian by Sohail Safari. The paper will attempt to introduce the concept of the political, critique and evaluate the form and content of the agenda. What are the main problem and the intellectual concerns? What motivated him to reflect their mental problem as a political theory written out? What is the author's purpose in pursuing this work? Given the context of Catholic upbringing (and fascination of the power of the Catholic Church in Bismarck era), along with legal training (rights as the mission) and the formation of different historical experiences in the measurement of depression (anger from the humiliation of Germany adopted between the two wars) and hope (the Weimar regime and to strengthen the political reconstruction), the main areas of criticism and ideation Schmidt in relation to ethics and politics, liberalism and modern democracy and political structure is shaped in the form of government.
