بررسي و نقد كتاب «نظريه عدالت جان رالز» با تأكيد بر قلمرو و تعريف عدالت

Critical Review of John Rawls's Theory of Justice, with emphasis on the scope and definition of justice

مي توان ادعا كرد موضوع عدالت مستند و مبناي نظريات و مبناي تدبير امور در ساحت حيات اجتماعي انسان است، نظريه پردازان جهت اثبات و يا توجيه نظريه علوم اجتماعي خود در هر حوزه از اين علوم گريزي از تمسك به مفهوم و نظريه اي درباب عدالت ندارند. در بررسي هر نظريه عدالت سه موضوع و مؤلفه مورد توجه و بررسي قرار مي گيرد: اول، مبناي عدالت: نظريه مذكور مبناي عدالت را چه مي داند؟ پاسخ به اين سؤال روش شناسي نظريه پرداز عدالت در تبيين مفهوم مو رد نظر خود از عدالت را نيز مشخص مي نمايد. دوم، قلمرو عدالت: نظريه مذكور عدالت را در چه حوزه و قلمرويي طرح مي نمايد؟ سوم، تعريف عدالت: نظريه چه مفهومي از عدالت را ارائه مي نمايد؟ رالز در كتاب نظريه عدالت تلاش كرده به هر سه سوال فوق پاسخ دهد و همين جامعيت موجب مي شود نظريه عدالت رالز از جمله نظريات قابل توجه عدالت در دهه هاي اخير باشد. در اين مقاله ضمن معرفي ساختار كلي كتاب و بازسازي اجمالي از اين نظريه، نقدهاي وارد به كتاب با تأكيد بر دو موضوع و مؤلفه قلمرو و تعريف عدالت در نظريه رالز مورد بحث و بررسي قرار مي گيرد.

It can be claimed that the subject of justice is the basis and the source of different theories - as well as affairs management - in the arena of human social life. Social science theorists cannot escape from resorting to a concept and theory of justice in order to prove of justify their theory in any of these sciences. In the analysis of each theory of justice, three factors are considered: • First, the basis of justice: what does the theory think about the basis of justice? The answer to this question also identifies the methodology of the theorist of justice in explaining his or her conception of justice. • Second, the scope of justice: what is the scope and area in which the theory of ​​justice is offered? • Third, the definition of Justice: What does the concept of justice represent? Rawls, in The Theory of Justice, has tried to answer all three questions, and the same integrity makes Rawls' theory of justice, among remarkable ideas of justice in recent decades. In this paper, while introducing the general structure of the book and a brief reconstruction of his theory, criticisms of the book, with emphasis on two factors - the scope and the definition of justice - in Rawls theory, are discussed.
