نقش واسطه اي نگراني در رابطه ي بين عدم تحمل بلاتكليفي و ادراك بيماري با سلامت روان در بيماران مبتلا به سرطان

Mediating role of concern in the relationship between uncertainty of intolerance and illness perception with mental health in cancer patients

زمينـه و هـدف: توجــه بــه ســامت روان بيمــاران مبتــا بــه ســرطان بــه دليــل ميــزان آســيب و مــرگ و ميــر ايــن بيمــاران بســيار مهــم اســت. پژوهــش حاضــر بــا هــدف بررســي نقــش واســطهاي نگرانــي در رابطــهي بيــن عــدم تحمــل بالتكليفــي و ادراك بيمــاري بــا ســامت روان در بيمــاران مبتــا بــه ســرطان بــود. مـواد و روشهـا: پژوهــش حاضــر يــك مطالعــهي توصيفــي مقطعــي بــود. در ايــن پژوهــش، 300 نفــر از بيمــاران مبتــا بــه ســرطان مراجعــه كننــده بــه بيمارســتان امــام حســين شــهر تهــران از ارديبهشــت تــا شــهريور مــاه ســال 1396 بــه شــيوه در دســترس انتخــاب شــدند. جمــعآوري دادههــا بــا اســتفاده از پرسشــنامه جمعيتشــناختي، پرسشــنامه نگرانــي، پرسشــنامه عــدم تحمــل بالتكليفــي، پرسشــنامه ادراك بيمــاري و پرسشــنامه ســامت روان بــود. بــراي تحليــل دادههــا از شــاخصهاي آمــار توصيفــي و اســتنباطي بــا نــرم افــزار 19-SPSS اســتفاده شــد. يافتههــا: تحليــل يافتههــا نشــان داد كــه در پيشبينــي ســامت روان بــا توجــه بــه مولفــهي درماندگــي روانشــناختي براســاس ادارك بيمــاري بــا نقــش واســطهاي نگرانــي رابطــهي مثبــت معنــادار وجــود دارد. همچنيــن در پيشبينــي ســامت روان بــا توجــه بــه مولفــهي بهزيســتي روانشــناختي براســاس ادارك بيمــاري بــا نقــش واســطهاي نگرانــي رابطــهي منفــي معنــادار وجــود دارد. عــاوه بــر ايــن پيشبينــي ســامت روان بــا توجــه بــه مولفــهي درماندگــي روانشــناختي براســاس عــدم تحمــل بالتكليفــي بــا نقــش واســطهاي نگرانــي رابطــهي مثبــت معنــادار وجــود دارد. در پيشبينــي ســامت روان بــا توجــه بــه مولفــهي بهزيســتي روانشــناختي براســاس عــدم تحمــل بالتكليفــي بــا نقــش واســطهاي نگرانــي رابطــه ي منفــي معنــادار وجــود دارد. نتيجه گيــري: بــا توجــه بــه نتايــج پژوهــش حاضــر ميتــوان پيشــنهاد داد كــه بــه منظــور بهبــود ســامت روان ايــن بيمــاران توجــه بــه متغيرهــاي نگرانــي، عــدم تحمــل بالتكليفــي و ادراك بيمــاري طــي كارآزماييهــاي بالينــي بــا هــدف طراحــي مدلهــاي مداخلــه مناســب يــا اصــاح مداخله هــاي موجــود ســودمند خواهــد بــود

Aims and background: Attending to mental health in cancer patients because of expanded damage and mortality in these patients is important. The present study investigated the mediating role of concern in the relationship between uncertainty of intolerance and illness perception with mental health in cancer patients. Materials and Methods: This research is a cross-sectional descriptive study. In this study, 300 patients with cancer who attended Imam Hossein Hospital in Tehran were selected by convenience sampling method from May to September, 2017. Data was collected by using instruments including Demographic Questionnaire, Concern questionnaire, intolerance uncertainty Questionnaire, Illness Perception Questionnaire and Mental Health Questionnaire. For data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics with spss-19 software was used. Findings: Analysis of the findings showed that there is a significant positive relationship in the prediction of mental health according to the psychological distress component based on perceived disease with mediating role of concern.There is also a significant negative relationship betweenmental health prediction and the psychological well-being component based on the perception of disease with mediating role of concern. In addition, there is a significant positive relationship between mental health prediction and psychological distress based on intolerance of uncertainty with mediating role of concern. In the prediction of mental health, there is a significant negative relationship with the psychological well-being component based on the uncertainty intolerance with the mediating role of concern. Conclusion: In order to the results of this study, it can be suggested that in order to improve the mental health of these patients, attention should be paid to the variables of concern, uncertainty and perception of the disease during clinical trials with the aim of designing appropriate intervention models or modifying existing interventions.
