چكيده فارسي :
«تكافل اجتماعي» راهكار بي‌نظير اسلامي براي درمان بسياري از نابساماني‌هاي اجتماعي، به‌ويژه فقر و نابرابري است. امروزه با آشكار شدن نواقص راه‌حل‌هاي بازارمحور و دولت‌محور، اين راهكار اهميت دوچنداني يافته است. بي‌ترديد، احياي مجدد اين راهكار براي جوامع اسلامي معاصر و بهره‌مندي از مزاياي آن، مستلزم بازشناسي صحيح اصول و مباني و قواعد اساسي عملكرد آن بر اساس منابع اصيل اسلامي و ارايه روزآمد آنهاست. اين تحقيق به منظور دستيابي به چنين هدفي، با استفاده از روش تحليلي ـ توصيفي، به فحص عميق و نسبتاً جامع در نصوص آيات و روايات و سيره ايمه اطهارعليها السلام پرداخته و پس از استخراج، دسته‌بندي و تحليل نصوص ذي‌ربط، ويژگي‌هاي مبنايي تكافل معيشتي اسلام را در ابعاد اعتقادي، اخلاقي و ارزشي، قواعد بخشندگي و حاجت‌خواهي، هنجارهاي سياسي، اقتصادي و اجتماعي كشف و ارايه داده است.
چكيده لاتين :
"Social Justice" is a unique Islamic solution for tackling many social disorders, especially poverty and inequality. Today, with the emergence of deficiencies in market-oriented and state-oriented solutions, this solution has become more important. Undoubtedly, reviving this solution for contemporary Islamic societies and enjoying its benefits requires a proper understanding of the principles, fundamentals and basic rules of its function based on genuine Islamic sources and their up-to-date presentation. In order to achieve such a goal, this research has used a descriptive- analytical method to study, fairly comprehensively, the clear injunction of the verses, narrations and life of the infallible Imams. After extracting, categorizing and analyzing the related texts, this research has discovered and presented the basic features of the Islamic livelihood Takaful in doctrinal, moral and value aspects, the rules of generosity and seeking help as well as the political, economic and social norms.
