برنامه درسي؛ راهبردي كارآمد در جامعه‌پذيري ديني دانش‌آموزان (با تاكيد بر كيفيت عناصر آن)

Curriculum; an Effective Strategy in Studentייs Religious Socialization (with Emphasis on the Quality of its Elements)

مفهوم «جامعه‌پذيري ديني» در واقع بخشي از فرايند عام جامعه‌پذيري است و به‌مثابه بخشي از فرايند رشد و كمال آدمي رخ مي‌دهد؛ اما در تعريفي علمي و موجه فرايندي است كه طي آن، افراد يك جامعه به‌تدريج با باورها، اعمال، وظايف، آيين‌ها، مراسم، مناسك، ارزش‌ها، هنجارها و نمادهاي ديني جامعه خود آشنا مي‌شوند و آنها را فرامي‌گيرند و با دروني ساختن آنها به‌عنوان افراد دين‌دار ظاهر مي‌شوند و موجب انتقال آنها از نسلي به نسل ديگر مي‌گردند. امروزه امر جامعه‌پذيري در همه وجوه آن بيشتر بر عهده نهاد آموزش و پرورش است؛ چون فرزندان هر جامعه‌اي از دبستان تا پايان دبيرستان، بيشترين وقت خود را در درون مدرسه و در ارتباط با آن (تكاليف منزل) مي‌گذرانند. دستيابي به اين هدف بزرگ در نهاد آموزش و پرورش، نيازمند نقشه‌اي است كه در ادبيات علوم تربيتي به آن برنامه درسي مي‌گويند. اين طرح و نقشه، زماني مي‌تواند آن نهاد را به اهداف مطلوب خود برساند كه بر مباني، اصول و شيوه‌هاي ارزشي و فرهنگ حاكم بر آن كشور استوار باشد. مقاله حاضر، با رويكردي توصيفي ـ تحليلي و با استفاده از منابع كتابخانه‌اي، به تبيين ويژگي‌ها و كيفيت عناصر برنامه درسي موثر در جامعه‌پذيري ديني دانش‌آموزان پرداخته است.

"Religious socialization" is, in fact, part of the general process of socialization, and occurs as a part of the process of human development and perfection; however, based on a scientific and justified definition, it is a process in which the individuals in a society gradually get familiar with and learn the religious beliefs, deeds, duties, rituals, ceremonies, rites, values, norms and symbols of their society, and by internalizing them, they turn into religious people and transfer them from generation to generation. Nowadays, mainly the institution of education is responsible for socialization in all its aspects, since children in every society, spend most of their time in school and are in relation with it (homework assignments) from primary to high school. Accomplishing this great goal in the education institution requires a plan that is called curriculum in the literature of educational studies. This plan can contribute to achieving the institution’s goals if it is based on the value foundations, principles, and methods and culture of that country. Using a descriptive-analytical approach and library sources, the present paper explains the characteristics and quality of the elements of the curriculum effective in the religious socialization of students.
