بررسي ديدگاه بيماران بخش‌هاي داخلي و جراحي بيمارستان‌هاي آموزشي شهركرمانشاه از عملكرد آموزش‌هاي حين ترخيص توسط پرستاران و مقايسه آن با استانداردها در سال -1393

The point of view of medical and surgical patients in education Hospitals of Kermanshah to discharge nurse training performance and compare it with standard in 2014-2015 years

مقدمه:آموزش به بيمار يكي از اصول اساسي در حرفه پرستاري مي­باشد. پرستاران موظف به انجام نقش آموزشي خود بوده تا موجبات رضايت بيمار را فراهم نموده، بهبودي را سرعت بخشيده و ميزان بستري مجدد را كاهش دهند. هدف از اين مطالعه تعيين ديدگاه بيماران بخش­هاي داخلي و جراحي بيمارستان­هاي آموزشي شهر كرمانشاه از عملكرد آموزش­هاي حين ترخيص توسط پرستاران و مقايسه آن با استانداردها در سال 1394-1393است. روش كار: در اين مطالعه توصيفي- مقطعي، حجم نمونه 152 نفر برآورد گرديد و نمونه­گيري به صورت متوالي انجام­شد. داده­ها با استفاده از چك ليست پژوهش­گر– ساخته كه حاوي ويژگي­هاي فردي و موارد مربوط به عملكرد آموزشي پرستاران در 6 حيطه بود، جمع­اوري شد. داده­ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 16 و با آمار توصيفي ميانگين و محاسبه همبستگي بين متغير ها تجزيه و تحليل شدند. يافته ها: نتايج مطالعه حاكي از آن بود كه در حيطه مربوط به عملكرد پرستاران ماهيت و شناخت بيماري (%9/19)، عوارض بيماري(%19)، رژيم دارويي(%5/28)، فعاليت(%5/19)، تغذيه(%5/35) و پيگيري و مراقبت در منزل (%6/23) آموزش در سطح خيلي زياد و زياد داده شده بود. در كل يافته هاي پژوهش حاكي از آن بود كه آموزش­هاي پرستاري اختلاف معناداري با استاندارد هاي پرستاري(رضايت بيماران از آموزش هاي پرستاري) داشت(p < 0/05). نتيجه گيري: باتوجه به پايين بودن درصد آموزش در كليه حيطه­ها از نظر بيماران مورد مطالعه، عملكرد پرستاران مطلوب نبوده و بايد در زمينه بالا بردن سطح آگاهي آنها نسبت به اهميت آموزش به بيمار، اقدامات لازم از سوي مسيولين مستقيم اين حرفه صورت پذيرد

Introduction: Patient education is one of the fundamental principles of nursing perofession. Nurses have to do their education task to provide patient satisfaction, accelerate healing and reduce readmission rates. The aim of this study was to determine the patientʹs perspective at medical surgical wards in education hospitals in Kermanshah during training performance and compare it with standard clearance by nurses is 2014-2015 years  Methods: In this cross-sectional study, a sample size of 152 was calculated on the basis of the pilot study and sampling was Consecutive done. Data was collected by researcher-made questionnaire containing demographic data and issues relating to nurses in six domains. SPSS version 16 used for data analyse and mean and data correlation done by descriptive statistics  Results:The results showed that in area of nurses performance related to the recognize and disease nature (19/9%), complications (19%), drug regimen (28/5%), activities (19/5%), nutrition ( 35/5%) and follow up (23/6%) was very high and high education. findings showed that nursing education and the standards of nursing was significantly different (patient satisfaction of nursing education) (p<0/05).  Conclusion: Considering the low percentage of education in all domains in terms of patients, nursesʹ performance is not desirable. In order to improve their level of knowledge regarding the importance of patient education, the necessary measures should be taken by the direct authorities of this profession.
