اثربخشي برنامه دانش افزايي تخصصي مادران بر خلاقيت كودكان تيزهوش

Effectiveness of mother’s expert knowlege inhancing program on thier genius children’s creativity

اهداف: متخصصان معتقدند ميزان خلاقيت را مي توان با ايجاد محيط مناسب خانوادگي افزايش داد. با توجه به اين كه دوران كودكي حساس ترين مرحله رشد خلاقيت است، خانواده به عنوان بنيادي ترين عنصر در شكل گيري خلاقيت به شمار مي رود. تحقيق حاضر با هدف بررسي اثربخشي برنامه دانش افزايي تخصصي مادران در قلمروي خلاقيت، بر رشد خلاقيت كودكان تيزهوش آنها در پايه دوم ابتدايي انجام شد. روش ها: اين پژوهش نيمه آزمايشي در جامعه دانش آموزان كلاس دوم يكي از مدارس غيرانتفاعي شهر تهران در سال 1386 انجام شد. نمونه اين تحقيق 32 نفر بود كه براساس نمونه گيري در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفي در دو گروه آزمايش و كنترل قرار گرفتند. ابزارهاي اين پژوهش شامل تست هوش رنگي كودكان ريون و تست خلاقيت ژان لويي سليه بود. طرح پژوهش شامل مراحل پيش آزمون، آموزش برنامه دانش افزايي تخصصي مادران، پس آزمون و مرحله پيگيري بود. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS 15 تحليل شد و از آزمون T همبسته و تحليل واريانس با اندازه گيري مكرر استفاده شد. يافته ها: تفاوت نمره پيش آزمون و پس آزمون در گروه آزمايش معني دار (001/0= p ) بود، ولي در گروه كنترل تفاوت معني داري مشاهده نشد (05/0 ). مقايسه نمره گروه آزمايش و كنترل در مرحله پيگيري تفاوت معني داري نشان داد (001/0= p ) و عملكرد گروه آزمايش نسبت به گروه كنترل بهتر بود كه نشانگر پايداري اثر مداخله پس از دو ماه بود. نتيجه گيري: والدين به عنوان عاملي اثرگذار، نقش موثري در خلاقيت و پيشرفت تحصيلي دانش آموزان دارند. طراحي و تدوين برنامه آموزشي مناسب براي والدين و مشاركت آنان در برنامه هاي آموزشي و تربيتي مدارس، خلاقيت و پيشرفت تحصيلي دانش آموزان را به دنبال خواهد داشت.

Aims: Experts believe that creativity can be enhanced through providing proper family environment. Considering that childhood is the most sensitive stage of creativity development، family is known as the most important base of creativity formation. The aim of present study was to investigate the effect of mothers’ expert knowledge enhancement program in the creativity field on their 2nd grade talented children`s creativity development. Methods : This semi-experimental study was carried out on 2nd grade children of a non-profit primary school in Tehran in 2007. The sample consisted of 32 students who were chosen by available sampling method and were randomly divided into two experimental and control groups. The data collection tools were Raven’s test and Jean-Louis Sellier’s creativity test. The research design consisted of pre-test، mothers’ expert knowledge-enhancing program، post-test and follow up. Data were analyzed by SPSS 15 using paired T-test and repeated measures analysis of variance. Results: There was a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test scores (p=0.001)، but no significant difference was observed in the control group (p>0.05). The comparison of scores between the experimental and control group showed significant difference in the follow up stage (p=0.001) and the function was better in the experimental group in comparison with the control group that showed the stability of the intervention effects after two months. Conclusion : Parents play an important and effective role in creativity development and educational progress of the students. Designing and composing proper educational programs for parents and their participation in the school’s educational programs will bring about creativity and educational progress.
